    Bait and switch. Read fine print before you buy. They will find every way not to cover your car they can. Dont waste your money. Scam

    I would give more stars, but I have had to use them twice and had a difficult time my second time. I had to pay for the initial diagnostic, okay, fine I get that. I pay for the deductible, okay, fine I get that. But they kept requesting more diagnostic testing after the mechanic told them what was wrong and wanted me to pay for these additional tests, I didn't think that was fair. They also took forever to get me a rental car. I WILL say that eventually they ended up helping me and taking care of the situation, but just know that you won't be just paying for a deductible, you'll be paying for other services as well.

    I have being paying Carshield 120 per mo for over 2 yrs with not 1 claim filed until now AND ITS BEEN A SHADY, SCAMMY NIGHTMARE AND TOTAL FAIL BY THEM AND THEIR CONTRACTed shop ********* The issue is ongoing and theres not even enuf space to tell my story but TRUST ME when I WARN U in a nut shell they not only didnt fix the alt yhe same day i picked uo car it began overheating when AC was used AND after returning it I was told radiator leaked and all my coolant was gone AND per their own inspection/Dx I also had multiple OBDII codes ranging from oil leak to possible faulty alt or electrical due to low battery voltage and just couple days b4 NONE of those codes came up at Auto Zone or my sons reader when my battery light came on 5/5 and subsequently my alt failed...DO NOT BUY A CARSHIELD POLICY OR USE ******** ON WALZEM , SA, TX FOR REPAIRS! READ OTHER REVIEWS OTHER THAN ALL THESE 5 STAR ONES the initial 2 star fits and after having my car since 5/6/25 I will be having to extend rental which they previously said wont happen, this came from Carshields *************** 5/12 when I had to take my car right back after supposed alt repair that is showing still faulty and 2 ADDL MAJOR PROBLEMS that WERE NOT reported initially per ******** own inspections, unless a new claim is open and ANOTHER 200 AND prior to this Foolery *******@PB had told me I would hv to have a claim for Every repair needed at ****** a pop, I said uhh NO and have been jacked around to the point of filing addl complaints and STILL my car sits in their shop hahaha if thats not Scammy and Shady I dont know what is!!!! Save ur sanity and go with Endurance or another Company OR just find a reputable mechanic on ur own! UV BEEN WARNED

    Representative was very helpful information issue that I had. Was very respectful and nice. She was able to provide information I needed to be confirmed. Even that I've not had any claims yet, I feel that I will not have an issue with them I'm getting anything repaired. Glad I have car shield

    I have purchased the platinum coverage for my platinum **** truck. It has less than 100 thound miles when I purchased there coverage for my truck. The first time it needed worked on. They paid like they was supposed to. But after *** it went all down hill from there. I got my truck back it kept smelling like it was burning oil. & when I would give it gas it was loose pressure. It would just like cut out. So I took it back to the mechanic. Weeks go by nothing. I keep calling I get the excuse we can't find parts for it. ( the mechanic broke a main part to my turbo while working on it) i tell car shield they offer to help find parts. Mechanic does nothing. So I take it to ******* to have them fix. It cost me over $1500 cause they wouldn't cover a main part. It still smells like burning oil. They told us it was the pvc valve leaking on the passenger side so we fixed it. Then all of a sudden goin down the road the no oil pressure light comes on. I trun around go home & just parked it. Call car shield told them I took it to awhile different mechanic in January. My motor had metal shaving ALL THRU my motor. Which always means u need a new motor BUT for me to find that out I HAVE TO PAY FOR ALL THE LABOR COST to put in a used motor with the same amount of mileage on it as my old one has on it. ?? It has cost me over $400 in labor cause they keep sending bad motors to replace mine with. First one was totaled out in a wreck. The 2nd one had blown head gasket on it now we have A 3RD one it hasn't been un boxed yet but now I have to pay over another $1300 to get this one put in now. Because of all of this i can't afford to pay for it this month or any other one after that there just not worth it. & i don't give a **** what ur paper work says. Ur commercials lie about what u cover. & my is just a 2019 pickup WTH GO LOOK FOR A WARRENTY THAT DOES NOT RUN COMMERCIALS

    Never had an issue, dealing with any establishment and Carshield they handle everything. I am very pleased and satisfied which makes me live my best life. I am no Spring chicken. I have been with other coverage which never covered *********** believe me when I say I appreciate Carshield..

    Be prepared for a fight with any claims with this company, think of the worst insurance company youve dealt with and thats what you will have with your claims process, took over a month and eventually rejected the only claim I ever put in, they claimed it was a pre existing condition with absolutely no real evidence. Honestly put the money you would be paying them into a bank account for that day you will eventually need it. Complete rip off company! Fee free to contact me for details of the horror show!
