    They wont cover what they promised also dealerships will not take this warranty as they wont pay after service is done and its wasnt just one dealership they all in my area said the same thing about CarShield not paying them so Im stuck with a broke truck now

    DO N0T, DO NOT Get involved with this company. First they were extremely disorganized. Asking for info. that was already sent and eventually found the info. They have a process that when they ask for info. and it is sent they have 24 to 48 hrs. to respond so they ask one question at a time to delay the process, I NEEDED my truck for work and it was done for two weeks and they would not allow me to take it or void the warranty. It was like they were trying to out last you so you would give up. Finally after a month they settled and paid only 1/3 of what it cost. originally the car repair shop and others said they refuse to deal with Car Shield because of similar experiences. I am so angry with the way they treat customers. we DO NOT come first. my other car just broke down and the ***** DEALERSHIP said they will not deal with Car Shield and they were even in a different state, I told them to give me a good trade in value and I bought a new one just to get rid of all my problems. I want to take them to small claims so they stop doing this to others. I wish I would have read all of these complaints before I sighed up. STAY AWAY AND TELL OTHERS!!!!! You wanted me to leave a star rating. There was not one low enough!!!

    What a bunch of liars the only way you get it want a $100 deductible if your car sits in the shop for six months waiting for a junkyard part that you need they will not use new parts. They will always try to put used parts in your car, my insurance cover $3800 of my $7500 transmission repair so they are false advertising. It should say if you accept or reuse junkyard parts so we can make a huge profit.

    Car Shield is the most one of the underhanded company I have ever dealt with. I was paying my bills on time each month and then as soon as something happened to my car, I can not find no dealer that will take the plan. this company is a scam!

    Very poor service. I've asked the number of times where can I take my vehicle to get it looked at or serviced and all they ever told me was what my warranty covered and never got back with me on any of my questions or concerns. I canceled my coverage with them and they are telling me that I am not entitled to any of my money back. I never used their service and I believe that they should give me some of my money back because I have been with them over a year and never used their services for anything. This company needs to be reprimanded and possibly shut down because they're giving people false promises and a bunch of Lies. No worries because God sees it all and I know that he will take care of it

    Monthly renewing contracts are not refundable after the first 30 days of coverage. Much like car insurance you do not receive money back or a refund just because you don't file a claim. As a courtesy, CarShield will refund your last 3 payments. We are sorry to lose you as a customer.Customer Relations

    I wanted to cancel I was transferred to 3 different people finally the last person made me feel so guilty and I had to jump off the call for work and haven't been able to cancel. I want to cancel and would like to refund of my fees paid

    Rotten customer **********************. Their coverage (or lack there of) is a joke! I was told when I took out our two policies that I could rest easy because having CarShield is like driving a new car NOT!! When I called to cancel the representative actually hung up on me!!After I cancelled I received emails offering me a lower rate ??
