    The commercial on the networks is false advertising and paying those stars to do the commercial probably why they can't pay the service people the money to fix your car, they don't want to pay for major parts supposed to be covered on your contract and on the phone one person say you cover and another person saying your not cover. All the major dealers ships in **** don't deal with car shield because they are a headache and they don't pay. Now I see why and wish I never sign with them.

    I have car shield it's worthless. I had a rack and pinion replaced with car shield it cost ME well over 600 see car shield scours the internet for the lowest price they can get and you pay difference even though the part they will over night is junk and the dealer wouldn't install because it was inferior and were concerned about my safety. But they will over night it so you can get you car back because they care! even though it took 3days for them to get back to the dealer. I was also informed the fount end alignment was not covered all though I needed it done after the front end repair ws done so I would be able to keep the car on the road. Now today I call car shield looking at a shop that was certified with care shield that wasn't 45 min a way to my surprise they add a facility 15 min away. So I call the facility and they confirm this information. After getting a quote for a water pump they started pointing out what I'll have to pay. I Said my deductible right they chuckle yes that and the antifreeze will not be covered because in there special book they got says antifreeze is a maintenance item .I have to pay for antifreeze. The cost of labor they **** excessive according to the special book, is going to be a third most likely more. So let's see car out of commission for days while we wait for part no rentals because the special book said it would take under 4 hr. So now 5 days later I get my car after i pay all the so call exsisive fees which ran in to alot of money. When I called to complain at car shield I was in formed that my car was property serviced the special book said so .I tried to argue the antifreeze was a integral part of repair because you can't drive with out antifreeze? She proceeded to explain, go to a certified car shield center! The center i was at was over charging me for parts and labor so I had to pay the difference because I should have gone one of there centers! I am standing in one now where the work was preformed Isaid.She Hung up

    I joined Car Shield in December 2022. My car was out of warranty and had transmission trouble. The repair facility tried numerous times to reach a Car Shield adjuster at the given number and finally gave up. In early January, I sent an email to customer service saying that I wanted to quit Car Shield but they still continued to bill me in January and February. Today (3/6/23) I called Car Shield to remove my membership. ****** *

    This is very disheartening, but I feel lied to. I got CarShield and was under the impression that I had coverage in case something went wrong with my vehicle. Well that day has finally come and CarShield failed to cover my vehicle. I'm paying a monthly premium to only discover that I'm still responsible for paying $2K to get my vehicle repaired. I didn't know that CarShield had such a poor rating on BBB. I would not recommend anyone get an account with **********************. You will come out of pocket for everything and they will cover nothing!

    Not sure what all the 1 stars are for. I had my warranty for a few months and my *********** went. CarShield had no problem me bringing it to the dealer because the transmission shop listed in my area that works with CarShield didn't work on CVT transmissions. The only thing CarShield asked me to provde proof that the last 12 months of repairs have been done. I did and the dealership took over from there. The only complaint I could have is that they have a 48 hour document reveiw policy. So every time I or the dealership would send them documents to review they had 48 hours to reply. It did wind up taking about 3 weeks to get my car back but I only paid the $100 deductable and CarShield paid the other $4,200.00. Very happy!

    I will stop before I even start with them...started out 130/mo....military discount made it 120/mo and then 109/mo if I buy RIGHT NOW...I said let me talk to ***** and he said CALL HIM I will wait, I refused as he's working and the guy got snippy and hung up saying the price goes back up if I don't call back TODAY. IM NOT CALLING BACK ...I just wanted a quote.

    I wanted to get a Price to get Their Service! Wrong thing to do.. They called me On a Wednesday and when I told them I only had 3 minutes as I was waking into the doctors. He said sure we can do I explained that if he wasn't done I would have to hang up. HE was very very rude and I said i just need the price I will call back after the doctor. He continued rudely talking. I hung up. I am in sales and YOU would Not believe who I work for. I have even sold cars for ************************************************************ this morning they called back he told me all about. He assuming me being a woman did not know about drivetrain and transmission. I explained I did as I sold warranties when I sold cars. He told me with them miles on my car I would be lucky if I didn't get 25 more miles out of it. I told him I serviced it well and that's why it has ****** miles and runs well. He told me the price I told him I would have to check my budget and see if I could afford it. He wouldn't take no for a answer. I told him I was at work and needed to get back to it. HE WOULD NOT STOP BEING NASTY AND RUDE almost demanding me to purchase wanting my card info. I hung up. I would never buy from this company. Im proud to say I Won't ever be that type salesperson.     I had policies with Car Shield on 3 vehicles, one was in need or repair and they refused to fix it. I was told by one of the employees at the dealership that they frequently see older customers that come in that has paid the policy for years with Car Shield, only to be told that they will not be able to use their policy to fix their vehicles because they denied the claim and these people are forced to pay out of pocket. How/why do they get those actors to get on TV and tell all the LIES about how great this rip off business is???? THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. THE ACTORS WHO LIE FOR THEM SHOULD ALSO BE ASHAMED!!!!!!!!!!! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!

    Car shield is a Scam Why because they dont cover anything on your car I waited almost a month just for them to tell me I was Denied.They dont communicate with me or the auto shop/mechanic. These people are scamming a lot ppl out of their money. Because when it comes down to a break down and you turn to CarShield because thats what your paying for

    I think its only right that I get a refund for the 5 months I paid for NOTHING. Because you guys dont cover anything at all when it comes down to fixing the problem. And not mention you guys are quick to call for a late payment. Which is NOT RIGHT. I want my money back
