I think they are scamming people out of money, I got covered from 11-13-2019 thru 5-13-2022, when I needed work done to My truck nothing was covered I paid ***** monthly no help, I want my money back.

I will never again use this company I was a customer for a year and one day my car didn't want to start so I called Car Shield and they did tow my to the nearest shop in they paid for and I haven't heard from them until today to ask me for a payment and really was arguing with me about what my mechanic didn't do. So I cancelled the contract.CarShield

Unhappy is an understatement. I have had Carshield for 7 months. In that time my transmission went out. We have called and called, been denied our claims even tho we have tried to explain the wrong codes were submitted. Underwriter denied our claim saying it was electrical when in fact it is not. Cannot get a representative to listen to us, underwriter will not call back. Our mechanic has left message after message with no results. He has sent emails all to no avail. DO NOT BUY CARSHIELD INSURANCE. They happily debit your account every month for their premiums but do everything in their power to not pay a claim. Their communication with each other is poor and even worse when it comes to their customers. I haven’t been able to drive my car in about 4 months now and they still debit my account but won’t pay a claim. I need my car and these assholes don’t car. Carshield is a ripoff and their commercials are misleading. Celebrities are probably the only ones who can get anything done with this company and they are not even a part of the poor working class.CarShield

They took my money for months first claim they never got back with mechanic fast enough to pay anything second time my car has been at the shop for 4 days there saying it will be 4 or 5 more days before they make a decision I don't know if you can buy it can't go without a vehicle for 11 12 days this company is a complete rip offCarShield

If I can give it a negative 0 it definitely would get that. When I signed up for this warranty they told me that everything was going to be covered no matter what the mileage was. Well guess what... They didn't cover my coil packs they didn't cover my front end suspension and they're still messing around with my transmission.I took my car in to a repair shop to get fixed it fixed they refused to fix things that they said that they were going to cover. My car has been at the repair shop going on I'm on a month and a 1/2 now waiting for them to approve to fix my transmission. I am making payments on a car that I can't even drive because they (car shield) will not will not approve the transmission. They tell my mechanic that my transmission costs more than what my car is worth. Every time I call them I get the run around. This company is totally worthless don't waste your money on something that they won't even fix. Until they agree to fix my transmission I am not paying them the $100 is $100 a month payment. I am beyond irritated with this company. I will find a different 3rd party warranty company after all of this is done.CarShield
