    Biggest piece of **** company on the planet! Don't EVER use this company, they will do anything and everything to not honor their contracts. Even if they say it's a part that's covered, which never happens, they'll say it's related to an part that isn't covered or to an incident that isn't covered. Total rip off, buyer beware!!!

    I purchased Car shield as a warranty on my car which is a 2016 Dodge Dart. I filed a claim February 27th,2023 now it's March 9th,2023. They had a issue with my actual mileage which I had to jump through 4 different representatives to solve. Then the repair facility is having issues getting the parts because they are not paying what they said they would pay, now they are low balling on the parts on my vehicle. They kept telling me that I need 4 hours of Labor to get Authorized a rental through them, they have inconvenienced me so much with getting to work and getting around. Now I have to pay more out of pocket then the my $100 Deductible, I don't believe it's fair .

    Carshield is a joke....Once you take your car to the shop it takes forever (weeks or months) to get a diagnosis and once you receive one (the adjuster takes forever to contact you). They are on some BS with fixing your vehicle. I needed an engine but they replaced the radiator only said its my fault for the damage. They are a big waste of your money. Dont do it people save your money and pay for your own repairs. I was very disappointed with they way they handled my car and situation. I thought we paid for a warranty to fix or cover what is broken. Carshield does not work that way. Stop spending your money with them and those actors on the commercial no they are lying. I give carshield no stars!!!! This was a big Joke and disappointment and when asked why it took so long for a return call the adjuster to me she had lots of other customers to also give a call.

    The worst warranty company ever!!! I filed a claim and after two months there was still no decision whether made. No response whether they're going to cover or not. But when it came to taking my monthly payment there was no delay.

The results of this investigation indicate that the claim was adjudicated per the terms and limits of the Vehicle Service Contract using the correct labor, parts, and coverage for the failures presented by the repair facility

    Like many others car shield in not right. AND I am going to advertise all of the negative reviews on national news. I have been paying for this insurance for some years now. And just on 3-6-2023 that I found out that I have been charged a diamond plan cost. But when I tried to file a claim nothing is covered. I was told that I have a silver plan. But then they hurried up and offered to lower my payments. I want them to fix my vehicle or refund every dime I have paid to them. My repairs are $2500. I am a disabled veterans and a senior citizen. I am on a fixed income. That's why I got the insurance. This company needs to let ********* and the other celebrities that advertise this peace of a business they are backing a scam company. Please don't let this go on in *******

    Do not go with CarShield they are trash!! They do not care about their customers, all they want to do is save as much money as they can and rip off their customers. Took my car to get repaired for a broken motor mount and they did not even want to pay the shop the remaining 2.7 hours, which is ridiculous. Now I am having to come out of my pocket with $304.18 for something that should be covered by my diamond coverage. I thought diamond was the top and best but they lie and just take your money. They go by a system that only themselves uses but expects you to pay the full monthly fees. I would go with someone else if you do not want to get ripped off. If you do not believe me ask your repair facility before going with the trash company called CarShield. If I could give negative stars they would have them for sure.

    Your claim was reviewed by an AAS Legal Claims Specialist (the Specialist), who is an ASE Certified Master Mechanic. The Specialist confirmed that the claim was adjudicated correctly, per the terms of the contract. The claims authorization was modified to include the additional requested labor hours.

    ******** **** ****** ******* ** **** **** ********** ***** *** ********* ** ***** sold by marketer Carshield. I was allow to purchase powertrain gold plan for my 2009 vehicle 142,000 miles. Plan covered components that are most expense to repair. Issue: I noticed smell of gasoline when I would fill up my vehicle. I had it checked. No clear leak found. Finally took it to dealership. They located failing gas tank seam. They told Carshield seam of tank failed and gas was leaking. The leaking fuel caused seam to rust. The tank is fine no rust anywhere else. I checked my coverage and it includes fuel system and the fuel tank. I thought wow great purchase as I have never had a fuel tank fail ever. Carshield's response denied coverage. When I pushed, ******** **** ****** responded. Denied claim, "Your online dispute was received, and the claim has been reviewed. This claim was adjudicated correctly per your contract terms/conditions and no changes will be made. If you feel this decision is incorrect, please refer to the section on page 9 "mediation" of your attached contract titled Alternative Dispute Resolution." I was told read the contract and make note of our Exclusions section: 18. BREAKDOWNS caused by external causes and acts of nature including, but not limited to: collision, road hazards, vandalism, theft, fire, earthquake, tornado, flood, hurricane, lightning, rust, freezing, explosion, smoke, riot, act of war, act of terrorism, any type of animal or insect. Explained verbally as follows: Any part of your car that has rust on it is considered not covered under your policy, it could not be any clearer. Read exclusions number 18. Even if rust is a result of the parts original failure. It is excluded from coverage. I asked what type of tank failure is covered under the plan for clarity and to help decide whether to keep plan. No Reply was given. Carshield did call and offer to refund the 3 mths of payments. Those will go to the repair.

    Car Shield is a major JOKE. They are misleading in their advertising to potential customers. I've spent thousands of dollars just to be told that my issues are not covered by Car Shield. I was told that my car would be covered from front to back and everything in between. Businesses that mislead customers should be held accountable for their LIES.
