I have had Car Shield for a couple of years and I can't tell you how grateful I am. The value vs. The monthly cost is invaluable. I would highly recommend anyone who has a warranty that has expired to get Car Shield.

I had an unusual experience with CarShield. When I called to get a quote, the representative became upset when I declined to proceed with coverage. He even accused me of seeking coverage due to a faulty transmission, despite my request for individual coverage since I already have a warranty on my engine. Overall, it was not a positive experience.CarShield

Sold under false pretense. I called 2 dealerships that deny they like doing business with CarShield. The two dealerships we deal with both told us they are difficult to deal with. Both in authorizations of claims, as well as denial of claims. I am still not even eligible to use, because the coverage does not kick in until 500 miles and 25 days. We made the 25 day requirement but not the 500 miles. They still refuse to refund me any amount. 117.00+ a month for 2 months of nothing. Thanks CarShield. I do NOT know how you have an A+ rating here?CarShield

All CarShield contracts come with a 30-day, money back guarantee that allows our customers to review the terms and conditions of their vehicle service contract and determine if they would like to keep CarShield coverage. Carshield and your administrator, ********************, are open to and willing to work with any repair facility that you select. However, each repair facility is able to determine who they wish to do business with as well. CarShield will refund you in full, and your contract has been effectively cancelled. I strongly warn anyone considering CarShield to think twice before wasting their hard-earned money on this so-called “coverage.” My experience has been nothing short of frustrating, deceptive, and financially draining. CarShield lures customers in with promises of providing coverage, but when it comes time to actually use the coverage, they will go to great lengths to deny your claims using technical loopholes. In my case, they refused to cover a drivetrain failure, falsely attributing the issue to a non. covered part, even though the failure originated from covered internally lubricated components. Their adjusters manipulate technicalities to shift blame completely ignoring the root cause of the problem just to avoid paying out claims. Bottom line: CarShield is a scam. They happily take your money but will leave you stranded when you need them most. Save your money and put it towards real repairs instead. Avoid this company at all costs.CarShield
