    I think they're great so far. The only thing I don't like is not getting a confirmation number when I make a payment because sometimes I don't get the email.. but other than that they've been great

    I have been a member of CarShield for years and now the dealerships for my ***** tahoe say they will not accept CarShield due to lack of payment. I got this from both my local dealers such as ALL ************** in **********, ** and *** ****** BUICK GM in *******, **. When I called CarShield the *** told me that I can cancel my payments instead of offering assistance to find out what the dealers are saying.

    Any repair facility can chose who they will and will not work with. This is clearly outside the control of CarShield. As a consumer with CarShield, this repair facility has refused to work with you and your coverage. However, CarShield is more than happy to provide a list of repair facilitiy's in your area that accept your VSC for your claims.

    I leave no stars (Their system made me leave at least one to do a review)! My mom paid every month per the contract and when she died we tried to contact Car Shield to notify them. Called # on card, letter she had and 3 different #s we got off internet. Got recording saying welcome to Car Shield and then it hung up. Good thing she made them send her a bill and didn't allow auto withdrawals from her checking account. Bad customer ********************** as far as I am concerned.

    Definitely do not recommend marshals. They would not cover my car saying my car had a previous issue. Well when I bought my car I was unaware of any issues or problems. The car operated fine for 7 months prior to the transmission not operating any more. I purchased the warranty at the time of purchasing my car for this exact reason. They did not cover anything! I definitely would not recommend this company!

    Carshield first of all they stole money from me, to me that is unforgivable, they took out 2 payments in one month and would NOT refund!! 2nd they lied to me said they would credit the payment back and then later said they would not. This is horrible customer service and right now we need every penny to survive!! Don't waste your money on Carshield!!

    I recently was seeking service on my 2014 Merdedes Benz E 350 for repairs that were covered under my Platinum warranty for repairs. It took CarShield a week to get things rolling on this claim, however they refused to cover all of the parts on my claim because Carshield's inspector felt that all of the repairs listed were not warranted at this time. Carshield allowed me to get a rental for a week plus one day but my car is not going to be completed until probably another 5 business days, because Carshield has to order the part that is needed to complete the repairs. The part is not going to be delivered until about 2 additional days. In the meantime, I will now have to rent a car for the additional days and pay for it at my expense. I have to pay my $100 decductible and $91.80 of additional charges that Carshield declined to cover. I am now forced to look for another certified mechanic because he states he doesn't appreciate the service that Carshield has provided to him, but he will complete the repairs that he agreed to do as a committment to me. I will not recommend Carshield to my friends.

    CarShield requested that the Administrator of your Vehicle Service Contract examine your claim based on the review you have provided. The results of this investigation indicate that the claim was adjudicated correctly according to specific terms and exclusions of the Vehicle Service Contract.

    Great company to handle issues with my vehicle. They have always been there when I need them. No delays approving my claims. Getting a rental car is seemless and the rental company has always pucked me up and taken me back to my mechanic. I would highly recommend Car Shield to anyone that needs extended warranty.
