  I cancelled Carshield end of January 2025 I believe on the 22nd. However Carshield charged my account again March 10, 2025 as they had no authorization. I contacted Carshield employee **** to see why I was charged **** stated he could not refund the March charge but would not charge moving forward. I explained that there was no payment in February due to cancellation request in January. The reason we cancelled is because they always refused vehicle repairs. Also Carshield has harassed my husband and myself to purchase the same product we was unsatisfied with reason for original cancellation.

  I bought a vehicle in March of 2024, and I signed up for CarShield in December of 2024, after seeing a commercial about it. Fast forward to Feb. 2025, I required a repair of my axel and I believe axle handles on both sides of my vehicle. I took my car in for repairs and of course placed a claim with CarShield as I though labor and cost for ALL parts were included in the Platitium coverage, when you paid your deductible with CarShield. I thought wrong. CarShield only paid a portion of the cost, requiring me to take a loan to cover the rest of the cost for parts and labor that CarShield approved, but would not fully cover the parts cost nor the labor cost. The cost of which was about 1200$. I feel CarShield is very misleading. The commericals insinuate ALL cost are included after the deductible which they are not. At the end of the day I feel CarShield should be more direct in their advertising to the consumer or provide more of a through explanation of benefits when you call to sign up. Had I know that after the deductible I would still owe such a large balance I never would of signed up.

  Worst extended warranty company on the planet. Took my vehicle to a shop for repairs that were covered under my policy. Carshield refused the repairs because of the rust on the exhaust manifolds. So after I got my denial I cancelled my extended warranty through carshield. Since that day I have received 3 phone calls from carshield wanting to sell me a home warranty. I told each of the sales representative why would I let you cover my house when you couldn't cover my vehicle. The gull and disregard of this pathetic company. If you are looking for extended warranties for your vehicle check out everything breaks or another warranty company.

The results of this investigation indicate that the claim was adjudicated correctly according to specific terms and exclusions of the Vehicle Service Contract. -customer relations

  So they refused to send me an email and were very persistent I give my debit card number over the phone- huge red flag-salesman Chris kept trying to pressure me into giving it, and I almost did when I realized he hadn’t even taken my vin number down- apparently that cokes AFTER?! No. Do not do business here , they try to sell you by virtue of covering cars others won’t, but any company unwilling to send you an official invoice is a scam. To make matters worse, they call me about 5 times a day now- scammers.
