The process of getting my car to a certified dealer went well. The representative from car shield was extremely helpful. Now let’s see how the rest of the process goes. So far I’m a happy camper.

I am a brand new to the car shield family. I am very optimistic inspit of some of the negative reviews. I can’t believe that car shield would deny service if covered under the contract agreement, with that said, I look forward for a long and successful relationship with this company. We spoke with 3 people at CarShield. Out of the 3, one was not very knowledgeable. We had just had a call about our claim, called right back and the person that answered could not give us any information. We called again and got all the updates on our claim. Very please with the service.CarShield

I have had Carshield insurance for 3 years and am very happy with them. We had an issue with our truck, the fasers that are part of the timing chain system were not functioning properly and had to be replaced. I went through the dealership to ensure that it would be diagnosed properly and they took care of everything! They contacted carshield and it was all taken care of. $4600.00 I am grateful that carshield stood behind their word and honored the commitment of the contract without any hesitation.
