I had car shield and I discontinued them because I had a gasket to be replaced in the booklet they said they replaced gaskets and somebody called me told me that's not the kind of gasket that they replaced I paid them for months and they ripped me off I recommend nobody to go to this car shield warranty they ****.

Rip off would not refund after cancellation. Pay monthly bill cancelled on 16 th kept all the ****** payment. Customer for over a year ********************** was bad never even made a claim. Beware before getting service.CarShield

As this being my first claim, I am very impressed as to how the Car Shield Representative was instrumental in explaining to me how the claim will be paid, and what my obligation will be. Car Shield is most certainly providing the contractual support agreed upon.CarShield

Not all is covered, very disappointed. I was shocked that Car Shield was being so ***** on what they would pay for to make my van whole again. I had to pay over $1200.00 on my part. I'm a senior citizen on a small SSI, so this amount really set me back. Like I said I was shocked that I had to pay this much out-of-pocket. That's why I purchased Car Shield to keep me from going in a hole and on the road. Payment was slow for the repair, but shop gave me my van on good faith. Otherwise I'd be without my vehicle for at least a week ??.CarShield

CarShield requested that the Administrator of your Vehicle Service Contract examine your claim based on the review you have provided. The results of this investigation indicate that the claim was adjudicated correctly according to specific terms and exclusions of the Vehicle Service Contract.
