They came to my house this morning. Finished a job. Excellent work. It didnt take them long. They cleaned up behind themselves. It looks good. I recommend them to someone else. What a great job they did.

Our salesman, *****, was informative, honest, friendly and humorous. He was patient with our questions and spent a great deal of time ensuring we were comfortable with everything before making a commitment. From selection, to installation and savings over the years. If you’re in the search for new windows *** is your man. He’ll see you through to the end and at a cost effective price. Bought 2-3 years ago and have had to have them out 3 times to fix the gaps in the windows you could see curtains moving on breezy nights, cold air leaking in and when I call and tell them they have a 3-4 week wait before service. They still have not fixed the problems. The last time the service man told me it was normal for air flow in the windows otherwise the hounds would suction. Today when I called to tell about the condensation on inside of window due to gap in frame she told me condensation happens in all windows customer service is terrible.Universal Windows Direct of St. Louis
