    If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered 10 Windows and a door with the hardware. They delivered and installed on 9/27/22. The hardware for the door and the trim for the door was not delivered. The installers said that they informed the warehouse and someone would call and reschedule for the install. We waited one week and called. The person I needed to talk to was not in the office that day and would return my call. We waited another week and called again. This time the person was at lunch and would call back. At the end of the next week (10/21/22) I called again and was informed that the hardware and the trim had never been ordered. We communicated by email to order the hardware and a ticket was created, giving a delivery date of 3 weeks. It has now been ********************************* trim. All this time we have had a hole in our door where the hardware is supposed to be. Another problem was discovered yesterday, when I noticed that the trim on the inside of one the windows was missing and you can see the screws and holes. This will address the next time I can talk to someone. We paid upfront which was our mistake. I will NEVER recommend this company!

    We had a technician come out on 1/9/23 to install the door handle , lock and trim. The did not have the handle or lock. He went to install the trim, cut one side to short. Went to the lumber yard down the road to get a new piece. He got it all installed and when we were looking at it, the one piece is different then the original pieces. He put all this (still no handle and lock, trim is not correct, and plastic tabs in one window missing) in his computer saying someone would call me. It has now been 14 days with no call.

    The process is great and sales representative **** is very nice and explained well detailed of the product. Look forward to have new windows with energy efficiency and will block the noise also. And they have a lifetime warranty!

    Excellent installer! Disappointed with customer service prior to install when I encountered a problem. Never a response from customer service??. Never understood the advertisement buy one get one free. Pricey windows, hope they last and perform like the other windows I purchased years ago! Decided to go with another vendor only because of the poor customer serviceHope UWD is watching ??
