Seek other quotes than Universal Windows Direct.We ordered a set of premium windows and sliding door for our condo, and scheduled a window installation with Universal Windows Direct at our rental property well in advance. We had to ask the tenants to move furniture, remove drapes, and due to the nature of the property they couldnt be there during the install. We didnt receive any update or call the day of the install. Instead I called to get an update at the end of our install window. I was told that the installer didnt want to do a two-story installation and wasnt coming. The *** dispatcher said shed try to find another team. Four hours after the end of our install window I called again, to be told the dispatcher couldnt find another team, so we began the reschedule process. This was very upsetting for the (older) tenants, and when I asked if there was anything they could do for the inconvenience they said that reschedules happen. TL;DR, Much time lost and inconvenience to myself and my tenants with no recourse or recompense. Do not recommend.

I am more than happy with the 18 windows we had installed on 7-26-22. My salesman is an exceptional individual who always picks up his phone to answer my questions. Excellent customer service, always cheerful and helpful, the installers were top notch guys. Wonderful company with great employees. I am so happy with my windows. They look fabulous. **** was the salesperson and what a nice and understanding guy. The installer **** and his crew were excellent. Very professional and efficient. They cleaned everything up as they went, they left my house looking perfectUniversal Windows Direct of St. Louis
