Had a salesman come and give me a quote on four windows. They advertise on TV and online for buy two windows and get two free. When I asked about this the salesman told ** he wished that offer would go away because they do not make that offer. Very dissatisfied with the false advertising.Universal Windows Direct of St. Louis

we had our windows installed on nov. 17th last year the installation was poor they damaged our window sill and still have not repaired also damaged walls around windows and i repaired windows are fine but be warry of installersUniversal Windows Direct of St. Louis
