I purchased 9 windows and a patio door approximately 2 years ago and I will keep this short. Excellent windows! I have saved money on gas and electric bills and have a noticeable difference in comfort. I no longer need to close the shades on a sunny hot day! I have called for a issue with my patio door ( 1 year later) and they replaced it with no hassle, great warranty. I had to write a review because the product, warranty, and customer service is excellent! I live in the St. Louis area.Universal Windows Direct of St. Louis
