      My insulin is cheaper through express scripts. But they wont fill my prescription. Even though my doctor is my pcp and he sent them a prior authorization. So now Im out of my life saving medication thanks to this company.

      We have been calling them every day, my husband has been without his medication for weeks. Every day we are told the medication is in "pharmacy review" and they've put in an "expedited request" which takes ***** hours. It's been weeks. Accredo can confirm they received the prescription, it was approved and our insurance paid weeks ago, but they cannot tell me why it has been in "pharmacy review" for weeks, and "unfortunately pharmacists work offline and we cannot speak to them." So round and round we go. This company is a disgrace to medicine, they should be held liable for putting patient's health and lives at risk by withholding crucial medications.

      EXPRESS SCRIPTS SOMEHOW FOUND MY AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD NUMBERS AND BUILD A PRESCRIPTION TO IT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME BY PHONE BY EMAIL BY TEXT AND I CALLED THE PHARMACY COMMISSIONER AND REPORTED THEM. WHEN I CALLED THEY ASKED FOR EVERY IDENTIFYING PIECE OF INFORMATION ABOUT ME POSSIBLE THEN THEY TRANSFERRED ME AND THEY WANTED TO START ALL OVER AGAIN. AFTER I EXPRESSED MY DISPLEASURE AND REFUSED TO ANSWER MORE THAN ONE OF THEIR IDENTIFYING QUESTIONS THEY HUNG UP ON ME.

      This provider doesn't even deserve 1 star, they should be bankrupt and go to h*** with their irresponsibility.This is the third time Express Scripts screwed me over for the price they charged on my prescription. I even changed the doctor offices because at first they got me to believe that the fault is on the medical facilities. After changing to a new doctor office, the problem remained the same exact like before. When it comes to the third time same problem with prescription, clearly the medical facilities aren't the problem here.The prescription listed for 90 days supply, they only gave me 30 days supply and charged me the full price of 90 days. When being asked, they blamed that the doctor didn't write the quantity correctly, it should be quantity of 3 x 90 days because they only care about the day-supply count not the quantity. I talked and emailed my doctor for a whole week, they gave me a copy on their end how they wrote the prescription, it clearly stated that Refill: 3 times, 90 days supply. However, the entitled Express Scripts with their arrogance kept saying that it's wrong and I should only received 1 qty for 90 days with the charge of 90 days supply. I went through hours and weeks of fighting with Express SCripts but nothing got resolved. NEVER EVER USE THIS UNETHICAL PROVIDER, THEY DON'T CARE WHAT YOU GO THROUGH BECAUSE THEIR SYSTEM IS TOO SUPREME TO UNDERSTAND!

      This company deals with and handles medications that expensive. They said when their systems update the notes that they have disappear. They ask the patient do you remember who you talked to last and when? They rely on the patients to remember everything. I have cognitive issues. They transfer the call many times because they dont know the answers. My doctors office when they have to deal with this company they cringe. They said they have other patients they have issues with this company. Other medications. They cant coordinate with copay assistance programs, leaving me with a $2,830.00 bill, and Im on disability. Expecting the patients to be relied on and doing all the work they should be doing. Never dealt with such incompetence in my life. Worst company Ive ever dealt with.

      Very bad service, I had a medication that was going to cost me $1400 a month, the least I could find it for locally was $500 a month which was too much for my budget. Express scripts didnt tell me until three months of breaking my budget that they would offer the medication at $20 but I would have to order through them. Thats forcing someone to choose them for the prescription to get it covered under insurance, which should be illegal. Additionally, I have been trying to get medication covered and they keep switching back-and-forth between requiring one month prescription and three month prescription and instead of calling the doctor to straighten the prescription out they simply cancel the order and leave you a message, leaving you without important medication. Its awful when youre being forced to use a certain company to fill your prescription needs.

      This is the worst pharmacy of all time. We only use them as it is literally the only pharmacy that our insurance covers and carries the specific seizure medication my son requires. Our son was having 200 seizures a DAY. Insurance initially denied coverage of the medication so we paid cash, Accredo immediately removed the funds from our account but refused to send the medication due to insurance denying it. Weve already paid so there should be no issue! We called them and spent HOURS on the phone for WEEKS, each time they said oh it looks like insurance denied it, so then they claimed to remove insurance from our account. Same issue still keeps happening. Finally we get the medication, but they had charged us twice! We then spent a week and hours on the phone to get our money back. Next month insurance is covering it, there is no copay. Third month there is suddenly a $40 copay and cant explain why its different than last month. Again multiple more hours of my life wasted away to find they supposedly charged us last month although I cant find the charge and was not told of one. Ive given up. This pharmacy should be reported to the BBB as a scam, unfortunately the US has created so many restrictions on medications we are stuck using businesses like Accredo for life changing medicines that hopefully you will ever receive from their poor customer care.

      ******** customer service. It is not enough for a ** to send prescription online. They say they are filling script. Two weeks later I get email that they need approval from **. By then I am out of medication. **************** has no logical explanation. They clearly do not know what they are talking about. Mail order is supposed to be cheaper than regular pharmacy orders with Priority Health but as I am moving prescriptions to CVS (which has its share of problems) I am finding prices are better at CVS. Express scripts is the most unreliable company I have ever dealt with

      Cant reliably deliver crucial medication. Orders delayed weeks despite making multiple calls that were supposed to have fixed the issue. Far more problems in 1 year than with CVS Caremark for 13 years.Accredo needs a good class action lawsuit to bankrupt them so patients can quit being abused,
