This company should be put out of business. It is
unscrupulous and unprincipled. My daughter was prescribed 42 tablets of
an antibiotic. They only supplied 27. They wrote the correct
prescription details on the container. I didn’t notice the discrepancy
until she’d started the course. I called them. Their staff, no doubt
poorly paid and trained, weren’t able to explain the issue, then they
passed me from one staff member to another and then they informed me
they’d partially filled the script because my plan only allowed 27
tablets. I told them it was negligent to not have informed me of this
before my daughter started the treatment. They had nothing to say on
this. They seemed quite happy for her to take an incomplete course of
antibiotics. One staff member told me to get the doctor to send another
script for the remaining tablets. I did that but sent it to an actual
pharmacy. They just told me that Express Scripts is now only allowing 9
tablets to be covered. Beyond a joke. They are a scourge on the
healthcare system and we should all be lobbying for them to put out of
business. FTC is already looking at them. The CEO earns $13.8 million.
Meanwhile a child with a gastric disorder can’t get her full course of
      antibiotics. Disgraceful.

Express scripts has become big business and is not here to
serve it's customers. I had three scripts that my doctor faxed in to
them. When I checked the price of what it was going to cost me to fill
them it was going to be over 250.00. I checked what it would be to fill
them in a local pharmacy. It will be less than half the amount. It is
totally unbelievable. Why do I even have insurance. For those who do
not know, Express Scripts has been purchased by ***** Insurance company.
In doing that it has become a money making machine, not a sevice for
it's customers. When I had a customer service person from ***** price
my scripts with them and then with a local pharmacy they are the ones
who recommended that I go with a local pharmacy. That really tells me
that they really aren't there to serve us. I get it that the scripts
aren't the right teir for the lowest cost but, come on, twice the amount
as the local pharmacy. What is the matter? ***** still has to pay for
part of script when it is purchased locally so what is the problem?
Why the higher prices through Express Scripts?? It seems really
strange. I can't wait until I am allowed to change Part D insurance
companies. You can bet that I won't be going with *****/Express
Scripts. I will warn everyone I can to stay away from them!!

Without question the most incompetent specialty pharmacy in the world. It takes at least ***** hours on the phone from myself, our physician nurse, and the pharmacy liaison from our providers office to get any refills. Even when prior authorizations are documented and completed in advance they are still unable to figure out how to ship the refill of a medication for my son. This happens with every single refill and he is always missing weeks or months of his medication before we actually get them to figure out how to ship this. Our hands are tied because they are the only specialty pharmacy we are allowed to use through our ******************** policy. Horrible horrible horrible company that should not even be in business due to complete incompetence of their staff!

What a Joke this company is! If you ever need a medication filled through this company be patient. The process is ridiculous. You confirm your shipping address at least once through their company and then prior to shipment they contact you again to confirm your shipping address. I was told one week there was a expedite placed on my order since I needed it in 13 days and I was told there was an expedite placed in the system at that time. When I called the following week I was told a prior authorization needed and that was in the review process that could take up to 72 hours from receipt. I don't understand why if there are already 74 negative customer reviews this process continues to be this time consuming and this company continues to be in business.

      I'm only rating 1 start because I can't rate zero. I only
found out about this company because they reached out to me to verify my
address. Turns out they somehow, likely due to the fact that they're
owned by Cigna, managed to get ahold of a script I filled on 7/8/22 and
faxed a request to my Dr for the same script on 7/16/22; the script was
filled for 90days the first time. My doctor's office sent the script to
them as it is a med I've been on for years. Other than being owned by
Cigna, and my having Medicare Cigna Rx, I have no idea where else they'd
have gotten all my information, including insurance which I don't even
think my doctor's office has since it's for Rx, let alone known who to
fax the request to or exactly what to ask for. I didn't even know
Medicare Rx plans allowed for mail order. I would suspect this company
has made, will make, or is walking a thin line on HIPAA violations.

I am being billed for a 90 day supply for the second time,
but only receiving 30 days of medicine. They have nowhere where when
ordering a prescription you can request a pause or to be notified if the
Docs did not properly write RX for 90 days (as opposed to 30 days with 2
refills), they just fill the scrip for 30 days and then tell you when
its being shipped that you will owe the 90 day cost.
This is the second time this has happened to me, with the same medicine.
I have no way to see what my Doc wrote, or ask them to hold and correct
first, I just get screwed again. What right have they to charge me
triple the cost? I could be a bit more sympathetic if I had a means
beforehand to prevent this, but I cant. nor can I even message them
      ahead on an order.
Their customer service is horrible otherwise as well, as it takes
forever to argue with the bot to even get to speak to an agent.

I have been trying to get a refill for an important medication for my son for 2 weeks. They bounce around about why it isn't ready yet. My insurance hasn't changed. The doctors script hasn't changed, they are just vastly incompetent. The customer service representatives are very nice but they can't seem to get any support from the company. How are they even is business?

I am using Accredo as my specialty pharmacy and this is the most horrible experience any patient could have. They harasss you with calls and leave VM in the middle of a workday. You pick up the phone thinking it is something urgent regarding your medication and there's a voice message asking to call back for more information to talk to a nurse advisor. This happens every single day! I don't need a VM to ask me to talk to a nurse advisor! I will do that when I feel the need!! STOP HARSSING PATIENTS!!!

I have called every day for three weeks to get my medication shipped. Every day they tell me it is just waiting pharmacist verification and I will receive a call within 24 hours to schedule shipment but I never do. Noone can fix the issue and I still don't have my medication. I have multiple sclerosis it's not a joke to be without medication this long, there is no sense of urgency whatsoever. It's insane that I'm at risk of relapsing because they are so incompetent, a company this poorly run has no business being in pharmaceuticals where people desperately need their medication. They need to be shut down for the well being of the general public.
