      Horrible service. Medications are very slow to be processed and require multiple approvals from doctor (even after prescription is received there are many additional reasons they contact the dr ******** Do not use this service for anything urgent or critical to your care

      **************** has no idea of how to properly handle a new client. More than 2 weeks of almost daily phone calls and my medication is still not ready to be shipped.

      This company is the worst. Every customer service agent tells you something different. You will spend hours on the phone trying to get your prescription. Do yourself a favor and dont use them if possible.

      Terrible customer service. You tell your reason for calling only to be switched to another person and start all over. Finally thought I was finished but checked on my problem a day or two later only to find out absolutely nothing was changed even after being told it would be. Nothing but problems getting medicine on time always the doctor or someone elses fault. A star is too much for this company.

      This is the worst company to deal with. Unfortunately insurance dictates where our prescriptions can be filled. I am a cancer patient with neutropenia. I need injections to boost my white blood cell counts. I tried for 2 weeks to get my prescription approved. Multiple phone calls from myself and **************** Hold times were ***** minutes at a time. Everyone works from home so the patients end up waiting on hold while these representatives try to contact each other. It is maddening especially when you don't feel well. Needless to say after 2 weeks, I was now in a situation where I needed my medication for the next day. It was supposed to be sent overnight....it was never sent. I never received a phone call that stated it wasn't sent. So I ended up scrambling on a late Saturday afternoon to find a facility that was open to give me the injection. 2 hours away! I would highly recommend Everyone who is stuck with this Pharmacy let their insurance company know that they are incompetent and can actually put the lives of their patients in danger which could end with a very costly hospital visit/stay. It's all about money with these companies.

      Horrible customer service and not enough staff. My doctor has been on hold today for 40 minutes each on 2 different phone lines trying to get my prescription and PA submitted. Now they have to wait until after clinic today to try again , so I will be late for my treatment!! SO FRUSTRATING!!!!Not to mention the bad information and long waits that I experienced with customer service reps over the last 2 weeks. This pharmacy needs help!!

      Express scripts should be ashamed of what they do. I have a problem of them not sending me medication they claim I was on as they send it, but never received it as I was never on in the first place the trying to tell me I owe $400 for something I never got. I have spoken to them as why they turned me into a collection and got no answer, but instead gave me excuses we will look into the, but we sent the medication to you. They mentioned the medication which I was not on.It is sad that this company cause a whole lot of trouble to me though when I have a disease with no cure as I would like to see them come down with this disease and see how they like it.

      What an absolute ******* joke of a money grab company. ***** makes you use there specialty pharmacy with out notice and makes you wait 7/10 business days to just process a prescription not even to start filling it. Customer service is from oversees Im sure to cut costs and have no training other then a set script. I would give negative stars

      I had terrible customer service. Fsa account billed & paid over $2400 when we had full coverage. Had to call repeatedly & after 4 months finally got the money returned. Asked for multiple return call back from supervisor never happened. If we could i would switch companies but unable to do so because of insurance coverage. Would rate 0 STARS if able to!

      The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of using. Slow, disorganized, their system is horribly outdated, their administrators constantly mess up and put in incorrect information, all of this leading to horribly long delays on my LIFE SAVING MEDICATIONS. If youve been strongarmed by your insurance into using this awful pharmacy like I was, I apologize and sympathize. Express Scripts needs to get it together or go under already.
