      ******* in billing with Accredo went over and beyond to help me resolve my billing issue. She didnt stop until my issue was resolved. Im most grateful and thankful for her can do attitude! Hope management reads this!! Thank you, *******!!

      Express Scripts are great to work with. Especially ******* Great personality who set CVS straight this morning on the *** they could charge for my Humalog.

      They didn't tell me that my insurance would only cover ********* filling one-month prescriptions for the first three visits. I put in my refill request like normal and ********* told me it'd cost me 350 dollars for my one month supply of psych meds. Called express scripts and they informed me that I could contact my psychiatrist and ask if they'd be willing to give me a three month supply (of a controlled substance... so no) and send that prescription request to them, after which they'd send me a three month supply in the mail (and I'd have to wait a week or so for shipping, of course). The other option was that I could get a one month supply if I contacted my psychiatrist and asked them to submit the prescription request directly to them. Then, they would mail me the one month supply (and I'd have to wait a week or so for shipping). All this while ********* literally has the bottle of my medication ready, and I can't pick it up unless I pay $350. I've been off my meds for a week now waiting for the meds to get here. I feel horrible and I'm not going to be able to function much longer.

      Absolutely horrible service! I have no choice because my insurance uses Accredo. Worst customer service, nobody knows what is going on when I call. Its been 8 weeks since my doc sent prescription and still have not received it. They shipped me the incorrect dose and have not corrected it. Wish I could switch to another pharmacy.

      I get a call from Express Scripts. She does not explain the purpose of the call properly and start shouting at me! When I asked her why she is raising her voice, her response is, "because you don't understand". Great job Express Scripts training your employees. They don't have the basic telephone etiquette to explain the purpose of the call. Further, they have the audacity to blame the customer and shout at them with an explanation, "because you don't understand"!

      I have had my doctor's ****** has call in a prior authorization for a medication and they keep saying they never got it. They have called in many times. My calls to customer service result in denials they have received the authorization. Now who should I believe? Dumping this worthless company come open season. Going to go to ****** pharmacy

      Terrible less than 1 star . I unfortunately HAVE to use them because my insurance untitled health care make me if I want to pick up from my prefer pharmacy I would have to pay full price for my medication !! Just started this year and wasnt even inform. I never received a letter on the mail not my card So what happen, was that When I used them for the first time I never got me medication and I called them 20 days later asking where it was and since I have enough I forgot so when I called they said it was shipped and Im telling them I never received it it was a 3 month supply of birth control and they said our record show it was deliver I said ok can u show me a pic or a signature that it was recieved and they said they couldnt after and hour on the phone with them the basically said since their record show it was delivered they could not replace it they could only place my next prescription order but that would at the end leave me with 3 month with no birthcontrol and there was nothing they could do!!!!!!Like seriously this is a medication that need to be taken same day and for a certain amount of days ugh!! So today I call to see why my daugther medicine hasnt been delivered that she has to start taking it tomorrow and they say well it wasnt on automatic delivery so u will get it in 8 days oh and if u want fast shipping u have to pay 12 dollars ??????I asked if they can send me 1 month in the pharmacy and they mail me the 2 month supply and of course they said no! This pharmacy is a joke My kids dr had sent in a prescription and they say they dont see it so now I have to call them tomororw never have I ever had this issue in 14 years with Publix pharmacy they do not resolve anything and just make everything more complicated if u dont have to use them dont use them!!!

      I left Express Scripts pharmacy Home delivery because in 2 years my ** pays went from $3 each to $12 each. I moved Scripts to ********* where my prescriptions were around $3 to $5 each. In August those went to $14. When I spoke with an Express Scripts employee, she said that this was to drive customers back to Express Scripts pharmacy where the **pay is $12.Express Scripts is abusing the rights of Consumers to choose the lowest rates. While it's not a monopoly, it is an unscrupulous business practice. I'm going to stop using the medication.

      Terrible terrible terrible customer service. They kept saying they need prior authorization for a prescription Ive been on for 5 years!!! Then they cant find my doctors response they needed . One department has no idea what the other is doing. Then they completely cancel my prescription. ******, uncaring
