      FRAUDULENT Company that misleads patients and falsely advertises. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was forced to use this business through my employer for prescription drug benefits. I called several times to get a quote for how much my medication would cost and I was quoted anywhere from $116 all the way to $1000. Using the cost checking tool for medications on their own website, I was informed my medication filled at a retail pharmacy would cost ~$16, but instead was charged almost 400$. When I called to dispute this, I spoke with ****** (ID ******* but was not given a solution or resolution to the problem. I offered to send a screenshot of the price listed on the website, but was informed I was not allowed to do this. Unfortunately I never resolved the issue. This is fraudulent, false advertising, and offering misinformation with regards to someone's health, and it is unacceptable. Furthermore, it is a huge conflict of interest when a pharmacy is also an insurance company, quite frankly this should be a violation of anti-trust law because it is obviously horrible for patients. SHAME on them.

      Horrible price gouging practices with often times ****%+ profit margins on critical health medicines compared to competitors (CostPlusDrugs). Customer support clueless.

      Worst pharmacy ever. It's not just basic ineptitude, they actually CAUSE problems. To save a few dollars on shipping, they will call you to ask to switch to 90 days. Don't do it! Turns out they can't offer that unless they call your provider. Mine agreed, but by that point, they've already shipped the first 30 - so you can't get 90 because plans don't usually cover 4 month supplies. So then they have to go back to your provider to get a 60 day script. That triggered a problem because I had ordered 90 and the quantity didn't match (which again - was their idea in the first place). So they called, I agreed to 60. And then 10 days later the order is cancelled because of a quantity issue. And by that time, I'm out of medication. Their recommended solution was to use my local pharmacy instead of them - which is the first time in 5 years that they've given honest, good advice.

      They still sent an old prescription that i dont use... I cancelled it over the phone and hey wouldn't refund the 12 bucks Don't mess with these clowns and their co-pays if your military.

      No one who works for Accredo seem to know what they are doing. Constantly getting the run around from them about late medication, passing the blame onto insurance and/or my physician. They do not keep records of customer requests/concerns, never follow up with you, never know the answer to what should be simple questions. I literally have been met with a barely intelligible I dunno and silence on the phone, been passed around to other reps, left on hold, hung up on. Its infuriating and unfortunately also the only specialty pharmacy option my insurance provides. What a massive headache.

      This company is maddening to deal with. The left hand never knows what the right hand is doing. You talk to someone in billing, but they dont actually know what your co-pay has paid already. Co-pay assistance amounts change and no one seems to know. I received a bill seven months later for thousands of dollars, but yet they kept sending me medication that whole time. I feel sorry for the people who work there, because they are victims of a process that is simply broken. And my daughter has arthritis and needs ******. I wish I could get it somewhere else that was more efficient and had more logical processes. She is now several days past the date she should have taken a shot. But no Humira. Maddening. I wish I could give them -12 stars.

      The process of getting my records transferred over from my old mail order pharmacy to my new one has been an absolute nightmare. 3 phone calls so far and over 2 hours total and it is still not right. Very disappointed and highly frustrated in every dealing I have had so far with this place. Cant wait to see what happens when I actually order a refill from this outfit.

      This is the WORST company Ive ever dealt with. They were sent my prescription BY MY DOCTOR! They held my prescription so that they could talk to MY Doctor to make sure I could take the medication that my Doctor sent in for!!The Doctor approved the medication, that they held a week!!Then they ship it to the INCORRECT address! I checked to see where my meds are and find that out! After being on hold for almost an hourNOW, they have to call and get my Doctors approval to resend the medication that I never received! That they messed up on!!So unprofessional, they can even update their professional address! They ARE NOT located at the address listed!!How do I know this. BECAUSE I WORK AT THAT ADDRESS!!!!

      Zero stars would be most appropriate. Life saving medication was not sent because of a $2.50 account balance. No one was notified because "no phone or email preference chosen" by newly 18 year old. They had phone numbers and they could have contacted him through them but choose not to. This is just one of many, many lousy interactions with them. The bad far outweighs the good.And how many times does one have to set up "auto pay"? In my experience, every single time you get a medication from them.

      The worst customer service I have ever had. Each time you talk to a representative you get a different story or false information. They will cover prescriptions for months then randomly stop covering them and tell you that you have to use a different pharmacy or home delivery. Ive had to pay out of pocket for multiple medications that in total cost up to $1000. I was told I would be reimbursed a check was being sent to my house. When I contacted them after not receiving a check, I was told no one ever told me that I was getting a check and that they have no history of me on file calling and of the conversation that happened. Proceeded to tell me theres nothing you can do, youre not getting reimbursed. This company is awful and I wish I could drop the service with my insurance.
