      Accredo shipped expired blood products - immune globulin - to me and most likely to other patients. They refuse to notify patients and have lied to myself and my physicians about this shipment since. I have the expired products as proof. They have not handled this grave error in a professional manner and refuse escalation to upper management. This is considered life sustaining medication and I am currently out. I do not trust them to fill it.

      The best and the worst in the industry.I am really upset with Express Scripts. It goes to show that you cant run a business that is roughly 80% internally owned and expect it be the most fair run business. Arent they suppose to be helping people. They historically would send me adderall that was not consistent meaning not all the same strength. Which is not what you want. That is something elementary children wouldnt find funny. I eventually felt obligated to quit that prescription in part because of them. Then I lost everything, almost everything in life. Good jobs, roof over my head, and a good car. First few days after quitting I almost died riding a Tour de ****** bike in *************. Or at least almost paralyzed. Now they are trying to rationalize 15 day turn around time. And warned me that my medicine may get lost and they are not someone to rely on moving forward 7/24/2022. They have restricted at least my account to where I can not change shipping speed or refill cream for after surgery. Furthermore cant add lactic acid reducer medication to cart either not even a controlled substance.They are not interested in your money or insurance. It is a Monoply that needs to be shrinked 10:1. Not fair for investors or for patients.Trust me when I am on not quick to write a company or person off as racist or unjust. But thats what you got here.Lol thought this was suppose to be the one company that was good enough for the government.No one in the government even pays into express scripts.Makes no sense to me that the SEC has not said something about this yet.-***************************

      They cancelled my daughters prescription because of a clerical error on their end and did not notify me or her doctor that they cancelled her prescription. When I called multiple times to get the issues fixed, everyone is pleasant on the phone but no one can fix the problem. I was told I missed scheduled calls that never took place. I have been told by multiple staff they will call back, they never do. I am told every time I call the issue will be resolved in 24 hours, and still we are waiting on medication delivery to be scheduled. Ive spent hours on the phone with them 4 days in a row now. This is not a complicated meditation. Everything about this business is inefficient, convoluted and incompetent.

      You can't trust them to auto-refill! Prescriptions drop from their system without warning or explanation so unless YOU are tracking when the auto-refills should be arriving, you will run out. They will play games to try and get you to pay more through them rather than accept manufacturer discounts. We currently have 4 prescriptions that we pay monthly through a pharmacy with copay/discount cards because it saves us a total of over $1000 every 3 months.They can't remember to refill what you go to them for but they will hound you to move those high priced prescriptions to their online auto-refill "for your convenience".They need to be sued out of existence.

      Only goal of express is to not fill prescriptions. They make the process of difficult as possible. The decision maker is a pharmacist, not a doctor. ********************** of patient is of no concern. I have a seizure disorder and am being forced by express scripts to use a medication that my doctor has not recommended because their pharmacist determined it would work fine. Isnt managed care wonderful.

      Abysmal. They had the phone mother of my dead mother (she's been gone for 4 years now, the line literally doesn't have any ties to her anymore) as my contact number, failed to fully setup my account despite walking through it with them over the phone, have been placed on a "quick hold for over 3 hours, and haven't been able to get my medication through them that I was need to, despite being billed for it. If I had a choice, I'd be back with CVS Specialty Pharmacy in a heartbeat. I'd give a 0 star rating, but BBB won't let me do that, unfortunately.

      I have used a number of specialty pharmacies, and have never had the problems I've had with Accredo. For some reason, they always have an issue filling the prescription, and I can never get an answer with what is the problem. More than once they said they would call me back when the got thing "straightened out". No one ever calls back. I had to reschedule my last appointment because they couldn't get the prescription, which they have had all year, released. I called today to find out the status, and was told it is being shipped tomorrow. That's fine, but if I hadn't called them, I'd never know this Tomorrow I'll see if it really has shipped.. When I choose a part D plan next year, it will be with a company that doesn't use Accredo.

      One of the worse pharmacies I have ever tried to deal with. You can't get anyone that can assist you. I spent over an hour on the phone and got no where. If I could get another coverage I would get rid of them and never deal with them again.***************************

      Express Scripts Phramcy trick ppl to join they give you 1 price but than They charge you a higher price . I called them myself and told them not To send me anymore Meds and to not take anymore money off my card They did what I told them not to do . Now I'm having a problem with them refunding my money back on my Card. This is a place I wouldn't recommend to anyone

      I wish I could give them no stars. We are bring forced to use them and they ****. Each time I have called they have provided me different information. Im so over them. To make matters worse my meds have almost doubled in price. I hate this company with a passion.
