      I would give them no stars if I could. The pharmacists are terrible and do not know how to properly dispense drugs. The phone supervisors are rude and dont care about human life. How can they be allowed to stay in business. The military needs to care more about its current insured troops and vets and go back to a real pharmacy and stop using this killer of the people pharmacy. Life and prescriptions is about health of the individual. Not always about the cost. We need to stand up and fight for our well being!

      The fact that ******* is allowing with these people are doing says a lot about *******.Every single medication that my husband and I take have been denied by this company. Our health is really going downhill.

      Express Scripts is a scam. **************** is not good at all. They have loopholes in place to deny coverage for a very large list of medication. For the medication that they do cover, it's more expensive to go through them than to just go to a regular pharmacy. **************** can't explain their reasoning for anything.

      I canceled my prescription at my local pharmacy and the same day express scripts received the order for the same medication.12 days later I am still without my medication, and I wish I had just filled it at my local pharmacy because I shouldnt just abruptly stop taking this medication

      One word sums them up... HORRIBLE! If you call 100 times and speak with 100 people you will get 100 different stories. Nobody here knows what they are doing - they don't even know how to spell. The pharmacy group doesn't even know what an NDC number is - which is unbelievable and should be grounds to close them down! My husband has MS and has been without medication for almost 3 weeks. After 4 weeks of hours upon hours of phone calls with them I decided to contact an advocate who tried to help rectify the situation. This advocate was the nicest, sweetest lady and even she by the end of many many more calls with Accredo that spanned many more hours that lead nowhere had begun to lose her patience. It is a real shame that patients have to go through such horror trying to get medication they need. Accredo should be ashamed of themselves and should be put out of business.

      Beware of this company. Overcharges galore. Got a call from billing about an issue that was resolved months ago. They had to send me a check for $500 one year as a refund for over charges.. The right hand never seems to know what the left hand is doing. I have a tier exception for a critical medication. The Dr. *** to submit it twice this year and ***** they found the original one. Not going to take it his medication anymore just so I don't have to deal with Express Scripts anymore. Calling ******** and my insurance company to lodge a formal complaint

      Omg. No one knows what they are doing. I've been cancelled out of the system after my Dr cancelled my prescription. They called me to ask for my new insurance information. Like what??? Then I changed health insurance the new Dr prescripted new specialty drug. Praying I don't have to use Accredo. We'll....looks like I do. Ugh! Got COVID have to wait 2 weeks post a negative test result. I have communicated that at least 1 time for the past 5 days. I cannot take delivery until my COVID is negative. Communicated that I will call them...5 days now. Got another call. Telling them the same thing!!!! No one communicates or no one reads orders. Beyond me. I absolutely hate dealing with this company.

      Express Scripts consistently discontinues necessary medication for women's health. They do not care about their customers, only their profit margins. There are multiple lawsuits pending against this reprehensible company for malfeasance.I would leave a negative -5 review if it was possible.

      My medical insurance (Cigna) recently switched me automatically to Express Scripts as my prescription insurance. Id say you have to be a rocket scientist to use this absolutely impossible system but even rocket scientists probably have trouble. Nothing is intuitive, and they force you to use their mail-order service instead of just picking up a prescription like a normal person. Ive never had insurance this inflexible before. I work at a Fortune 500 company and Im embarrassed for them that this is their provider. Ill be switching to a different provider as soon as I can on Dec 31.
