      Garbage policies written by a garbage company....very little benefit.. .cumbersome approval process.. and they approve insufficient amount of medication for a given time period. Call center not too helpful. Sorry guys!

      This is the worse home pharmacy that I have every dealt with. I am a transplant patient and every month, I am fighting with them to get my anti-rejection meds before I run out. I have spoken to hundreds of reps and team leads and it's never resolved. I wish I didn't have to go through this company for my meds. This month was no different. I started 2 weeks early this month and I still haven't received my meds. I HATE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE COMPLETELY INCOMPENTENT. If I could give them a negative 0, I would.

      I have been forced to use accredo due to insurance for a number of years. Their inability to track prescriptions and keep accurate records has delayed my RX fills for months. Have had issues with 4 different meds. Have been trying to get new Taltz prescription for 4 months. Every phone call averages at least 30 minutes, just to get shuffled around for another week with no medication. Finally got one month of medication sent and now will miss my next injection because they cant figure out my refill. Discovered theyve been calling the wrong doctor for the refill while the last round they had the correct doctor listed. Its absolutely infuriating.

      This company is out of control. Avoid them at all cost. They give me a hard time about getting my prescriptions filled consistently. Then you end up without your medication and they couldnt care less. They say they contact your doctor, but they dont. Their first level customer service is generally empathetic, but cant really do much. Their second level though is another story. Their pre-auth customer service is just flat out rude and and useless. This company is horrible.

      This is the very worst company I have ever worked with. They will put you on hold any chance they get because they are all clueless. They mess up my billing every single month and I have to spend an hour on the phone with them every time. I just spent two hours on the phone with them because they could not understand the problem even with another company on the line explaining it as well and the exact steps that need to be done. A different representative will answer your call each time and they randomly hang up on you if they cannot hear you for three seconds. I would not even bother trying to work with them I would just switch. Unfortunately I do not have the ability to change pharmacies or else I would have a year ago.

      I have called Accredo four times now in the last month because they think I owe them $9,700. I am on the Gilenya Go program and have full financial aid. I dont have 2 hours a month to straighten out my insurance info when I need my meds.

      Awful!!!!!! Can't believe this place even in business and part of ExpressScripts? I am a new customer.. MY VERY EXPENSIVE medication for a life threatening illness, the 2nd refill, may or may not get to me in time so that I don't miss a dose....after spending 2.5 hrs being routed around to people in Express Sripts and Accredo. I will NEVER EVER use them again and would NEVER, in good conscience, tell ANYONE to try them!!!!!!!

      I canceled my prescription at my local pharmacy because I was dissatisfied with the service. Express Scripts processed an order a month and a half ago and had not mailed it out. Hence, I was left without a medication. I asked that it be sent overnight which it was, and sooner than the date they said it would be, but I had to pay for their mess up. I paid the $21.00 for shipping. They should have absorbed this charge. If this is the trend going forward, I will have to find another service to fulfill my prescriptions. I don't understand why so many companies these days are unable to provide good service. It's not a good look for America. So sad.

      Terrible. **************** is a joke. They are rude and incompetent. Theu repeat the same reason for denying my medication and refuse to let my dr do a peer to.peer review so.that i can get my medication covered. They continued to deny medications I was on for for years. I was forced to buy my own medicine out of my pocket which was expensive. Now they are refusing to cover a different medication. This medication costs $6 at an outside pharmacy so the reason for them denying it is a mystery to me. If we weren't required to use them by my.husbands employer we definitely would have moved on to a different pharmacy. I hope someone sues their buttons off.
