      Charged me for a 63 day prescription and only received 14 days worth. Was charged for full amount for a typo that said 2 weeks instead of 12. Called express scripts and was told it was the doctors fault.

      If I could rate them a 0 I would. Terrible customer service. Lies about contacting my doctor's and myself. Tried using them on 3 separate occasions through different employers and have never EVER had my proscriptions orders fulfilled. To say they are a joke is an enormous understatement. They were quick to take my money over the phone and here I am...2 weeks later with no medications and no money back. Also had to call my doctor's and have them write new rx's so I don't withdrawal!!!!

      The worst pharmacy to work with. I tried for over a month to get my prescription filled. I had no medication and I told them I was out of medication. They did not care. I thought if I spoke to a pharmacist could help me wrong. They said they would get to the bottom of the problem and call me back. That was a lie If you have the option of using another pharmacy to work with do so. I finally found out that I did have another pharmacy to work with. ACCREDO gave different deductible amounts every time I spoke to them. It ranged from ******* to last time ******. Through ****** speciality my deductible is 0. This is after telling them which of my insurances is primary. I have ******** and the work a full time job that I got insurance from after working for 3 months. They insisted on billing ******** first. I told them information from my.insurance company that my employer insurance is primary They would not do so. ***** time I spoke to accredo.it ranged from **** to 700 Last time when they said after a month they would send it they said they would bill me. They still would not give me an amount They still would not bill mine correctly This was after trying for over a month trying to get my prescription filled If you have another pharmacy that y p.o u can work with do so ****** speciality pharmacy had My prescription delivered within a week

      Worst company. Many different departments not knowing what the other is doing. My dose went up by .2 for an existing prescription and it took 1.5 weeks to get it in their system. No one knew what each department was doing. They outsource their prescription verification and the reps on the phone have no way to talk to these other people. I was told many times that they had not received the doctors orders, then to be told after the fact that they did in fact receive the 3 faxes the doctor kept sending in. The same fax for the same med apparently sends the company into complete shut down because they view them as different prescriptions that need to be each verified, even though it was the same prescription all along. Im currently on the phone with yet another agent to get my script ordered and Im at 72 minutes on the call. And am still being told 48 more hours to verify before I can even call in yet again to get it scheduled for delivery. This is the WORST Company!

      Horrible customer service. Charge your account without consent. Will not take back medication I didn't approve nor refund money. Charged $115 to my account without consent nor do I have autopay active. This pharmacy is a joke and a rip off. Do not recommend putting credit/ debit card on file unless you want to be charged automatically by them.

      Worst experience ever. I was on the phone with them. There was an error in my medication. Instead of finding a solution or explaining to me what happened, I was told that it was my fault and there would be no recourse. It was surreal - especially since these meds are to maintain my diabetes. I kind of need them to live.

      Do not deal with this company!!!!! I'm on a specialty medication. We are leaving on a vacation in a few days. I called a few weeks before the to try and getbthem to process the prescription a bit early so that I would get my medication on time. I was told no problem. I checked online the next day. It still said it wouldn't be processed early. Second call, the exact same thing. Third call, it's now too late to get my medicine on time so I requested that my medicine be sent to my son's house as he lives enroute to our destination. Again, told no problem. I checked on the prescription again today. FOURTH CALL!!! They still are sending to my home address and I was told that it's too far into the process to change the address!!! I'm done with this ridiculous level of non-existent customer service. Save yourself the frustration and heartburn!!

      Worst place to get medicine, everytime I try to order my prescription there is an issue afyer being told it will be delivered and is set up. Nobody calls or emails to tell you there is an issue there is no communication they just expect you to know. The app is horrible because it doesn't match up with anything that the website does.... so if you can find a better option for a pharmacy do so and save yourself the headache.

      Let me say that not all of the representatives are terrible. I have had 2 this past week that were very helpful.The company as a whole...AWFUL! In 30+ years of getting my own benefits/RXs, never have I had the trouble that I have with Accredo. My problem this time, NO ONE from Accredo contacted me to tell me that my copay assistance funds had been exhausted & they voided my RX. Yep, VOIDED my RX! Seriously, WTH? How do you void someone's HUMIRA? It has taken 6 phone calls over 7 days to get my refill rqstd. It has been a battle with this company since the beginning. Even my rheumatologist complains about them. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to use them based on my ins. I have a hard time comprehending they are part of Express Scripts. I never have trouble with them. So, were are we today? I have spoken to the 6th person. She stated that the rep I s/w last week didn't complete his duty getting my RX expedited. BTW, I'm out of ******** next dose is 1 wk from today. I don't mind making sure that I'm on top of my meds, but it seriously should not take over a week, six calls that average ***** mins each. Ridiculous and completely unacceptable. I sure wish that something could be done. It's obvious that no one cares if service improves, based on all of the complaints and one star ratings.

      Incorrect medication order status on website and app. Phone and chat ***** lying and saying things were shipped when they weren't. Chat screen timing out and ending the chat before getting resolution. I'm out of perscription and now have to pay out of pocket because Express Scripts is incompetent, dishonest and lacks accountablity. Already been in contact with corporate benefits team to no longer have them as our provider.
