      This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have lost count of the number of times I have had to fight to get my medication that has been prescribed by my doctor and approved by my insurance company. I spend at least half an hour per month on the phone trying to get my specialty medication. Not only was my medication not delivered when it was scheduled this week, but they sent me a bill for a medication that was delivered a year and a half ago! Every time I call and ask why my medication wasn't delivered or why they wont deliver it by the time I need it, I get a different excuse. Also, their text message reminders are not reliable, do not depend on them.

      Runaround and empty promises. That has been my ordeal for the past 3 weeks trying to get my daughters rx shipped to me. I am a parent and I work full-time, I dont have 1-2 hours to spend on the phone with them, then the 1 hour afterward decompressing because of yet another failing on their part. This company is incompetent and their business practices are negligent.

      Horrible experience. I cannot get my childs prescription filled for over a month. One excuse after another. Its a shame that the insurance has immediately sent us the approval letter and they cant fill it a month later. Then they finally put a patient rescue request which supposedly should be resolved in ***** hours. Three days later nothing has happened. Called again only to be told its going to take ***** hours. Its a joke. The young lady named ******* was very rude and asked me what do you want me to do? in a not so nice tone. How about do your job and get scripts processed. Whats the point of rescue if I am repeatedly going to be told it is going to take ***** hours. This a shame. Speechless! Wish could have you completely closed if incompetent to handle orders.

      We have our medical coverage through United Health Care (provider for ********************** Ever since UHC switched to Express Scripts, we have had nothing but problems getting our kids prescriptions filled. Express Scripts "manages" the prescription services for UHC, which means that they aim to cover as little as possible. There are so many medications my kids need that were covered before, that are now not covered. And in the cases when we need medication that is nominally covered, Express Scripts will pull every trick in the book to make it difficult for ** to get coverage. This is an awful company.

      If I could give them zero stars, I would. Express Scripts is the most inept business I have ever dealt with. I have been on the phone with them and my doctor's office every day this week to get two prescriptions filled. One was denied unless I bought it through them. ($120 at ES vs $60 at ********* with coupon). The second one was mixed up because I take one kind of medicine in two different forms- immediate release and timed release. They refused to fill that prescription. This is medicine I take 3 times a day, and I need it. It is ********.

      They are absolutely horrible! I need to call in and do all of their work for them. The first time they sent the wrong medication dosage and then took 1.5 months to send me the correct medication which caused me to be admitted to the hospital for the lapse in medication. Every time I call in, it doesn't seem like anyone knows what they are doing. Now my medication has been increased where I had injections on a biweekly basis to a weekly basis and apparently this is very difficult task for them to process. I am having to jump through hoops to have the information clarified... not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES for the medication to NOT be processed in a timely manner once again. This company is a joke and should not be able to administer medication. It seems they will hire anyone off of the street just to have a body in a chair. They said that they have not heard back from my doctors office but I have all of the information and time stamps with call logs to show they have returned each and every phone call and even called in to follow up to check the status of the prescription. They have not called me once to tell me that there is a problem. COMMUNICATION is HORRIBLE! I always need to call in to find out the next hoop to jump through for them to not do anything once they have the information needed. DO BETTER ACCREDO! You are causing havoc in peoples lives. Guarantee this will cause yet another hospital stay for their lack of urgency and customer service.

      Hate this pharmacy with an absolute passion. Do everything you can to get your employer to use someone other than Express-Scripts which forces me to use Accredo. Terrible customer service, every month the mess up the billing and try to overcharge. Spend over an hour every month on the phone and yet no long term resolution gets done even though its promised. Do not I repeat do not do business with these people

      This company is out of control. Avoid them at all costs. They said that they sent me my meds in May of 2022 and I owe them *****. Now they are saying that if i don't pay them they are sending it to collections. if you get a call or mail from, they cover your ****, because they sill scam you every time. They told me that they have a tracking # so I got them-no proof. They will send you a wrong # and give you a hard time about getting the prescription. Then you end up without your medication and they couldn't care less. This company is horrible. They are rude and incompetent.

      The 3 refill courtesy is ********, when you go back to the pharmacy on the 4th month, and all of a sudden your free medication is full price. After a week of now realizing it’s because of Express Scripts, the turn around for receiving my prescription is over A WEEK. Express shipping is not covered, and the standard shipping can take up to 7 business days. So not we’re expecting to be 3 weeks off medication, and the best they can offer me is a consultation with a pharmacist to tell me the repercussions of going on and off my medication.
      Garbage company, garbage policies, garbage customer support.

      This specialty pharmacy is absolutely horrible!!!!!!!!They don't fill any of my specialty drug prescriptions because they say it's never sent. LIES! It's approved by my insurance and sent by my doctor. I have letters of approval. It's been TWO YEARS! I HATE THEM. I can't use a different pharmacy because B L U E C R O S S B L U E S H I E LD refuses to use any other pharmacy. I am getting a new job with new insurance. I can't take this anymore.
