      Worst company in existence. Had to wait 7 weeks to get medicine the first time, during which time i ran out of my current prescription. Had to call them every single day just to get nonsense responses. They would tell me they need prior auth which i've sent them many times, the next phone call they'd say its shipping, then the next day they'd say prior auth again. Every single time they'd say they're escalating and i'd have meds in 24 to 48 hours. I finally did get the medication and when i had to renew the prescription for the same exact medication i went through all this again.

      They are horribly incompetent. They overcharged me by over $4,400 in June, and it took until September to get them to process a refund. Then they messed up the refund and shorted me by almost $700. It took 8 phone calls and over 7 hours on hold to even get them to attempt to make it right. On top of this, every single time I try to refill my son's medication there is an error on their end. I end up on the phone for hours at every refill with the *******************, the ***************** and Accredo - and every single error in the past 20 months has been on Accredo's part - not mine, not the doctor, not the insurer. They are just plain awful.

      Worse company that I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Every time I call for my refill they say I need a prior approval. Everyone works from home and your put on hold several times during a call . My call today 18 minutes on hold then disconnected

      Less then helpful.a lot of this revolves around the Prescription benefit 'assistance' hustle. You get sold on the assistance programs, but the customer service promoting and supporting the assistance programs is limited, inconsistent, and in my case, too late to avoid the 90 day cut-off.**** the US healthcare system, just FAST, its the best healthcare program out there.

      They use *** and the carrier has not delivered on time so I told them to not use ***. But they just keep sending *** so I have to call after call after call and they cannot fix it.

      I went 6 weeks with my medication because Accredo requested an updated Pre-Authorization from my doctor..I didn't think one was needed yet .. but my doctor sent it in ...Accredo Then requested an updated prescription.. That was all that was said.. but it took them 3 weeks to determine that ...My doctor sent in a new Rx ... Accredo came back and requested another PA ... they no loner had the original one they requested..I was on a 3 way call with Accredo and my doctor's office when all seemed to have been resolved ..Accredo had all they needed ..I was Told that the Rx and PA were good until Dec. 31, 2024 ... only because a new year starts on Jan 1st..I went for 6 weeks without my injections waiting for Accredo to get this straightened out ...Current day .. I got a voicemail saying they were contacting my doctor for an updated prescription..I called them ... They have no record of the events nor the phone call that took place in ************ I was told They have a current PA on file from back in July that expires Oct. 12th I was also told that they would not have needed .. NOR ACCEPTED .. Any PAs as long as there is An Active PA on file...They held up my medicine for 6 weeks saying they needed an updated PA when they had one on file..Their response ... let me call the doctor ... not go look for ALL OF THE INFORMATION MY DOCTOR HAS FAXED IN THE PAST 2 MONTHS!!!I Have lost patience...

      I just tried to call to ask about a prior authorization. Waited on hold for about ten minutes, a woman came on the line and said Im tired of getting these **** calls, man and disconnected. This is regarding medication people need what in the ******

      This is about the Express Scripts specialty pharmacy, Accredo. They have had my prescription for two months and I still have not been sent my medication. At one point, a customer service *** put my Rx on hold and I was not notified in any way. I have a chronic illness and must take my next dose next week. I have been on the phone with Accredo multiple times and no one can tell me when it will be sent or what the hold up is. I was told two days ago it will be mailed today. Today I was told it should be mailed Friday. Or maybe Saturday. Hopefully. Again, they have had my Rx for two months and this should have already been worked out. They agree that they have my Rx but that's about all they do actually know. It's so frustrating. My chronic illness can have fatal complications if I am not medicated correctly.

      Express Scripts Sucks!******** chose this provider as their 90 mail order pharmacy (actually they chose ********, who uses express scripts to fill my prescriptions). As many others have said here in other reviews, one of my medications was put on hold and three different customer service people gave me three different explanations - and methods of how I might resolve this issue. NONE of these suggestions involved them fixing it. They said my doctor would have to call them, my pharmacy would have to call them or I could just wait and see if the problem went away. The problem went on for almost 3 weeks until I had one dose of that medication left. My doctor did call it in to a local pharmacy to get me an emergency supply but the insurance wouldnt pay for it since the meds were technically on order thru another pharmacy (express scripts) So, they wanted me to pay $200 and wait and see if express scripts would reimburse me after things got settled. I mustve spent 4 or five hours - and several days off - talking to them on the phone without ever resolving the ********** yourself some frustration and find yourself another pharmacy.

      Little or no communication about status of orders and updates. Canned text messages are useless. Processing takes way too long to shipping. Then shipping can take 2 weeks. Have to use them because theyre the preferred mail order company for the part D plan.
