      Zero should be the rating. Negative if allowed. They regularly refuse to fill prescriptions and always figure out how to delay things. Always asking for authorizations and reauthorizations, for any remote dosage change, or find other reasons to change policies mid year and more denials. It is exhausting dealing with their endless paperwork and grumpy rude phone agents who are completely useless and whose sole job descriptions seem to be to give you the run around so you are denied and lose time and money chasing ways to get your meds. I wish companies would STOP using express scripts

      English is definitely not a first language for anyone I've talked to. I've been without a very needed medication for 5 weeks now. Insurance approved it last year. This pharmacy stopped sending it and said the prescription was lost. This is B.S. I spoke to my *********** and they have made multiple calls without luck. Whoever trained the call center folks must have emphasized to be as rude as possible to patients. It's unreal how unhelpful they are.

      *************. They always want prior authorizations for about any med now days. They get all the info needed from doctors then still delay meds due to coming up with more info needed. They think they know more about what someone needs then a doctor. They a **** joke for a company. Take our money for us to have prescription insurance and then never want us to use it. Always have to fight to get **** approved. It ridiculous. 0 ************.

      The most incompetent and disorganized company *** ever dealt with. **************** is horrific. They act like you just woke them up and are a huge disruption to their day. I pray for the day ******* uses another managing pharmacy so that I never have to deal with ExpressScripts again!!!

      This is the absolute worst worst company if you can call them that, ever! They cancelled one of my prescriptions today, 1/2 of the time they never come and Im reporting them to the **** Shut them down. They are not a legitimate professional place. Please someone shut them down. They are the sole reason why Im on medication!!!

      ****************. It is frustrating because I am stuck with this sorry excuse for a company. I wish I could change providers but not possible.If you have the option for different providers run do not walk to the other option.I would give them negative stars if that were an option.

      WOREST COMPANY, MORE WOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. HOLD FOR THREE TIMES (10MINS@,) TALKING LESS THAN 10MINUTES. HAVE TO CALL A DIFERENT PHONE NUMBER, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. DONOT HANDLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY SAID, THEY ARE ONLY HERE TO GET PAY!!!!!!!

      If I could give them a rating of ******* stars, I would. It has been over a month of phone calls (and still ongoing...), untrained customer service representatives and ridiculous excuses for not sending the medication ("account suspension", "lapse in insurance coverage", "prior authorization issues", "insurance interruption", etc.) for my husband and I. My HR director thinks I'm crazy and so do our physicians when we call to re-schedule appointments because we don't have our medications to be evaluated for effectiveness at the next appointment. We had Carelon before and they were fantastic! How does this "pharmacy" still exist? After my numerous calls to them, I received a notice last week from them stated they couldn't get ahold of me to ship my medicine "after repeated" calls to me. I feel for those who need critical medication for treatment. This delay of care should be a crime.

      The customer service people are professional and follow the Accredo processes. The CS people seem to have a genuine concern when talking. However in order to fill a prescription I have to call a minimum of three times. I am told someone will call to follow-up in three days. Never a follow-up call. I always have to call Accredo back which is not a major problem but why do I need to call to make sure they are filling my prescription? Case in point:Oct 14th ordered refill Oct 16th received text "time to refill" Oct 16th called - obvious my refill was not in the system! Ill call again in two days to see if Accredo has my order This has happened four times. Fix your process and it will save you and me time and money.

      It is a challenge to reach a real person. The phone system and company procedures seem to block customer inquiries and requests for help.
