      I dont understand why it takes 2 weeks to get a refill. Also, when I call to get an update on shipping they are NEVER able to give me any information. Then they escalate the need for the medication but NOTHING CHANGES. I despise the pharmacy and desperately wish I had an alternative.

      If you are trying to refill a lifesaving/critical medication and/or can't skip a dose, please don't use this company for your own ****** Plan for a significant gap between when the prescription can be ordered and when it will actually arrive. Emergency breathing medication due for refill on July 19th, now slated for the 28th. Hard to breathe and we're under an air quality alert.Two ExpressScripts ***resentative hung up on me before I was able to speak with a *** that would look into my order status. The 3rd *** was sincerely attempting to assist with my prescription delay due to their carrier, but was unable to help since the order had already processed on the 19th. Their suggestion was to speak with a local pharmacy, but I would not be able to use insurance since an order was pending with with them...super expensive and beyond the average financial capability. Do you want to be in this situation? I'd rather pay a little more for reliability

      I would give zero stars if I could. Ive been without my medication for six WEEKS because of them. Ive made many, many phone calls and continue to get the run around. Unfortunately, my insurance requires me to use this pharmacy so that I can afford my otherwise $8,000/mo medication. I dont know how a business with peoples lives at stake is allowed to operate this poorly.

      There is no way of contacting management outside of a call center. Ive been trying to speak to management for 3+ weeks regarding a major error on part of Accredo. My son has been patient for almost 2 years and having him as a patient earns Accredo upwards of $13k per month, yet no one has enough time or care to return my phone call. We will be leaving Accredo for a smaller pharmacy that has time to treat us as valued customers.

      I gave 1 star BUT it should be "0" stars. My Healthcare provider (Blue Cross/Blue Shield of *********) went through Accredo for a prescription of "*******************" - Generic drug for Xytiga (for Prostate Cancer). Accredo quoted a price of $686.00 for 120 -250mg. ******************* pills! WHAT!? Highway robbery!! I pursued this same exact drug via CostPlus (******************************) and it was $94.75 for the same 250mg. 120 pills!! (and this was with a $15 expedite shipping fee that was my option/choice), so about $0.67 each pill!) AND this was without any payment help from my Insurance Provider!!!. Thank goodness for **** *****! and CostPlus drugs!!!I would NEVER, EVER use Accredo Pharmacy AGAIN!, Ever!!! If you research there appears to be a lot of buyouts happening with the pharma prescription companies - like Medco, Accredo, Express Scripts, etc. As far as I can see the ONLY HONEST Pharma drug supplier is Cost Plus! and NO this is not a plug for Cost Plus nor do I own Cost Plus stock!!.. Do your homework when ordering drugs!! Your default Healthcare drug supplier isn't necessarily the cheapest cost!!

      They have contractors that call you from their homes and you can hear kids screaming in the background. Then they ask for sensitive information. If you ask them for a number you can call they say okay let me look at your account and hang up on you. Then if you call the main legit customer service number they tell you the notes say you won't talk to them and are not compliant even though the call went no further.

      Worst pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. It I could give them a negative score I would. WHY does our insurance company make us use them?? It has been 8 weeks I have been with out my weekly medication because they can't figure out how to communicate and they lie about it being sent. They promise it is on its way but it never is. They say its the Doctors fault but it is not. I think I am going to have to sue them just to get any of my medication. Who do we speak to when the insurance company and the pharmacy will not give us life saving medicine??? What a joke!!! I think they are in on this together. The ***************** doesn't have to pay and the pharmacy is getting a kick back. If you can avoid this pharmacy do so at ALL cost!!!!!!!!!

      The phone operators really never coincide with what they tell you. Very poor training can be the only excuse. But the company seems to revel in messing with nearly every prescription you have with them, or even those I get from my local pharmacy as they oversee our prescription plan as well. I finally had enough today and canceled my online account with them and moved all my prescriptions to my local pharmacy. Class action suit should be brought against this company at the least!

      I am sitting on a bill of $6000 caused by their error and ACCREDO is taking no responsibility what so ever. Supervisor won't answer the phone. The agents are like parrot! just keep repeating protocols. This was my case.They should have informed in 2 months ago that my copay has exhausted.Instead, they kept sending me medications and now I am stuck with the bill that I have to pay out of my pocket.They told me that the way to dispute is via physical MAIL(!!) to "****** *****" the ** of operation/Customer service but there is no confirmation of receipt or follow up. By the way, she doesn't a phone number, but I found her in ********. *********. why is she so praised??? They have so many issues!! I don't know where to start. My condition worsens with stress and they cause me so much more stress getting or not getting my medication or this stupid bill.They don't even deserve 1 star.

      Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Delayed mandatory medicine for my child and she had serious medical issues because of it. I would call and they would have me start all over. Even on the same day. I have never worked with a more inept company. There needs to be a legal investigation into their practices. Complain to your insurance and BBB and AGs office as many times as you can. If we all do it someone should do something eventually.
