      I should be more upset that my son needs a certain medication but am more upset I have to get medication through ACCREDO. They constantly are s******* up billing statements (ie, I paid $3281.18 but statement they sent said i paid $3821.18.) I get to spend hours now on the phone getting a proper statement ans every person I'm transferred to is yet another person needing everything re-explained to them. Poor business ethics at best.

      My wife is on a medication for ******************** and a rare immune disorder called VKH. She needs timely deliveries of her medication. Our latest refill has been delayed, twice. I dont have a problem with our insurance setting a date we have to wait for until we can get a refill. But Accredo has repeatedly promised us a date, and twice pushed it back. All the while my wife is losing eyesight and having increased pain. My message to Accredo would be that you are lying to your patients when you promise a date to deliver medication and then push it back, push it back. Its a false promise. Get the date right the first time.

      Subject: Prescription Denial for Zepbound by Express Scripts Good Morning,I am writing to express my frustration regarding the denial of my prescription for Zepbound by Express Scripts. I am diabetic and have a family history of heart disease and stroke. This medication was prescribed by my doctor on January 21, 2025, and was approved by my insurance provider, *****************************. Despite this, Express Scripts has denied the medication, which I believe is wrong and unjustified.What is particularly concerning is that neither I nor my doctor were notified of this denial by Express Scripts. This lack of communication feels negligent and has caused unnecessary delays in my treatment. Given the circumstances, I am deeply troubled by the handling of my prescription and the impact this has on my health.I am more than willing to provide a testimony or any necessary information to the State of Indiana should it be needed to address this issue. I appreciate your time and consideration in helping to resolve this matter.Thank you for your attention to this urgent concern.

      Accredo billed me directly for a specialty medication. I am on the ******** Prescription Payment plan and have been on the same ******** Advantage Plan for the past six years. I was told that my account wasn't associated with a ******** D plan. This is outrageous and absurd. Accredo should be put out of business.

      They have continuously denied claims written from my doctor for name brand medication. The molecular makeup between name brand and generic are different and impact me differently. Name brands molecular makeup if effective. Generic gives me brain fog. My doctor has explained this in multiple lengthy letters, yet they are saying I will have to pay $500 a month out of pocket for it. It should not cost me $6,000 a year just to be able to function somewhat similarly to what an able bodied person would. This company is scammy and has monopolized the market.

      I have a new prescription plan for 2025 and Express Scripts is the choice provider. I contacted them on 1/6/2025 as new customer and was told they would contact my doctor to switch my ** to Express Scripts. I checked several times this week to see that status and today the status was showing as cancelled request since my *** never responded.I reached out to my *** and he told me he contacted Express the same day he received the request - 1/6/2025 and the order showed up as filled/shipped. I called Express Scripts again and after dealing with AI then employees that were next to impossible to understand (and spending 90 minutes on the phone, I gave up)I reached out to my *** again and he sent me a copy of his correspondence with Express Scripts, so I called them again but this time I said I was new client and was sent to a live person that could communicate, Bottom line, after 45 minutes I was told that Express Scripts had to SPEAK to my *** to verify the prescription and make sure the ** was a good fit for me. Since when is the pharmacy a doctor to see if a medication is a good fit???I contacted my *** again and told him to delete Express Scripts and I would only like my prescriptions to be sent to a local brick and mortar store Don't waste time working with this pharmacy

      I cannot say anything good about this company. I have been trying to get my prescription sent to me for three weeks and they are unhelpful, argumentative, and uncommunicative. I wish I didnt have to use them as my pharmacy because trying to get medication from them is like pulling teeth.

      I been dealing with express scripts for 5 yrs and to be honest its a lot easier to have a local pharmacy you can just go pick up from. When it comes time for really important medication express scripts fails at getting you what you need when you need it they preach out the getting through the mail as a convenience but when you have to spend hrs literally hrs on The phone with customer service and doesnt matter who you talk to they all stare at the same info on the screen but theyre never on the same page one rep tells you one thing but the next few ppl you talk to will tell you another its an endless cycle of incompetency. I put order in 12/31/24 for 3 medication 2 got canceled and I knew why but I dont understand how today is January 7 and its still processing and **** tell me its gonna be escalated so they can expedite my order but that never happens Im still waiting on my order and it keeps saying its processing but customer service keeps promising Im gonna get it. This company overpromises and never delivers on there promises or guarantees and there favorite line when you ask if you can talk to some one else who might be able to help is how about you hang up and call back so you can talk to some new and supervisors dont ever return phone calls they lack communication too

      They arent supposed to charge more than $200 from whatever balance you have and they have charged me over $500 TWICE while we experienced financial hardship (which they know of). Worst pharmacy ever used and its not the only mail-pharmacy we have used.
