SST was forced on me by a Goldman Sachs sale. SST is by far the worst loan company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They barely have a working website. Their emails look like phishing scams and theres no way to check balances, no app, and no security. Absolutely the worst company to borrow from.

Horrible just like everyone else says. Goldman Sacks loan unceremoniously, and without notice to me, tranferred to SST. Their website is ***********************. I blame goldman sacks more than anyone else. Also SST has not reported my account status to credit bureau for over 50 days.

My personal loan was transferred to SST from Marcus/Goldman. SST is one of the most outdated digital platforms out there and needs to do better. From everything from a very very delayed transfer, making it impossible to get new loan information to referring to online as "on-line" to not being easily able to reset passwords to making it nearly impossible to find your original contractual information or your outstanding balance, it is horrible. They make it very very difficult to do business.

Run as far as you can and as fast as you can from this predatory company I've had a loan for less than a year through SeedFi now managed by SST - Systems & Services Technologies. Since the loan origination, I have been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer (throat, esophagus, liver) and fell a month behind in payments with huge medical bills (now caught up). I received daily emails from SST to which I would respond that I am unable to speak by phone presently because of my circumstances. I would receive a rude, snarky response that no accounts are managed by email and they demand a phone conversation. Then came the threatening letters that I was refusing to respond by phone and they would refer the account to collections. For being 2 weeks late on one payment. The account has been current for some time now and I am still receiving the threatening letters. I am awaiting the closing of a piece of real estate and indeed to pay this off immediately. I have taken all of their correspondence and mine and sent it to my state Attorney General to report their business practices and also to the FTC. Run as far as you can and as fast as you can from this predatory company. Apparently no one can read who works there.

My loan account was transferred to SST from Marcus Goldman Sachs. In November 2023 I had an with Marcus To lower my payments if I paid an agreed amount by November 15th. I set it up as an automatic payment and days later I received a message that my loan had been transferred to SST and all handling of the account would be as originally agreed on. I had the lower payment agreement because I was having financial difficulties. SST took out the automatic payment and then started billing me for the original loan amount. In talking with them, they said there was no agreement for lower payments in my profile and there was nothing they could do to help me. I sent them an email asking for my payment history because it was no longer available at Marcus Goldman Sachs. They replied back saying due to security reasons they would not discuss my account by email but I could log into my account online or call them. It didn’t do any good to call them because all they tell me is that they can't help me. I told them I would not make any more payments until they sent me my payment history. I cannot login to their website because I had invalid login information even though I reset my password and it says saved successfully. This is a horrible company and shame on Marcus by Golman Sachs for betraying their customers and selling us all to such a sister company.

Wretched. Goldman Sachs transferred my loan without notice to SST. It has been a nightmare to communicate with them and billing is a mess. Others have mentioned that they are not reporting payments to the credit bureaus. Data is not secure. There is a strong need for a class action lawsuit.

They bought my loan from Marcuas Goldman Sachs. Loan was paid off 31 days ago, my mortgage company overpaid the payoff amount. They still have yet to refund me $885.85. when I call, besides being rude and talking down to you, they say it may take up to 45 days for the final payment to process and close. That is just ridicules. I did not even know they were taking over my loan. I feel this is an awful company to do business with and would highly recommend no one do business with them. If i could leave zero stars I would

Terrible transfer of loan from Marcus Goldman Sachs to this clown outfit. Took forever to get first billing statement after several months of autodraft. No legitimate website that I can locate and I have no signed agreement with SST for terms, privacy, or anything else. Wait on hold forever at their phone wall.

Got a loan with Marcus by Goldman Sachs, and it was shortly transferred to SST, I thought this was a different company. Paid the loan in full in January, and was told it would show as paid on my credit report in 30 days. It is now April and it is still open. I contacted Goldman Sachs and they informed me SST is not a "different" company but it is their loan department and they couldn't help me with this, only SST could. They transferred me to SST and the lady informed me they had not reported it and couldn't tell me when they were going to. She said no one can discuss this issue, what I am concerned about is if they drag their feet since there is no timetable, could it show as open forever? I submitted a complaint to hopefully get this handled however, I am not sure it will be.

Zero stars need class action. My loan transferred to these crooks via Marcus Goldman Sachs in 2023. Four billing cycles later (and I’ve paid SST criminals every month in full), nothing has been reported to credit bureaus. They have taken my money, and now they have locked me out of my account, while MGS still shows as creditor on report. MGS forwards all calls to SST, and SST assured me that everything would be reflected by March 20, 2024. That’s almost 4 months, totally unreasonable as it’s taking a toll on my credit rating. As of March 29, the errors still remain on my credit report, with full amount owed to MGS, and I am locked out of SST account. Oh yes, and let’s not forget that the SST website is not secured and gives a data leak error. HELP!!!!
