Tally was unavailable by phone when I called and it behooved me because it was unlike tally to do business as such. 2 weeks in I receive an email from them saying they're closing the door and will get back to me with further details. Startled, I replied to the email to no avail again and again. Then I receive this email from SST, whom I never contracted with stating they are taking over and moving forward I will be dealing with them. I reached out to SST with multiple questions regarding the email as well as questions about their company and who they are . Pretty standard questions but none were answered and It raised a flag so I reached out to the BBB in hopes for answers and as of today after calling SST on different occasions In hopes of receiving the answers I was looking for answers are they a collection agency, is there a supervisor on board when you need them, why are there such poor reviews, stability of the company and Assurity of the loan offered from Tally. The only answer I received was Tally closed its doors and we are taking over. I reached out to Alorica and asked if they were a part of SST and was told NO. I reached out for the last time to SST in hopes I finally get answers because I am apprehensive on signing a contract with the company that has poor service from the reviews and have representatives who are dishonest about being a collection agency. I never been late with a payment and as of today I am still waiting to speak with a Supervisor who could answer all my questions and who could send me a email stating my rate won't change. If this is in writing I will move forward and sign the contract. It is appalling to read these reviews and have to deal with a company that creates such dishonest business. Tally was suppose to reach out to the customer explaining what was taking place, giving the customer a opportunity to decide if that company was best for them and who would be available. How can anyone feel comfortable setting up payment with this nonaccredited company? The link that is provided for payment is not secure. The representative could not tell me account information (balance, APR, monthly payment, etc.). I'm resorting to consulting a lawyer as well as my bank for help.Systems & Services Technologies

Refuses to completely and accurately report to credit reports and will give you the run around. I was transferred 7 different times to departments which I did not ask to be transferred to. Once I finally reached the Credit Dispute department the rep that answered was completely rude from the second she picked up the phone and refused to provide me with documentation for my account status.Review fromLynne S

I was transferred to this company by tally suddenly shutting down. They sent me emails I can barely read, they’re so small, their website is atrocious. I can’t understand how I could be transferred without notice to a company I would never choose to work with. Tally had promised me they would lower my interest rate as long as I paid regularly and I did for several years and they refused. They also promised me a much lower interest rate than I was paying on my credit cards if I signed up with them. It was just as high and higher than several of them. They never lowered it. They said I could not ask them to lower it. I had to wait to be selected and they never selected me and then they just shut down. Mind you I was never late on a single payment always paid on time at least the minimum but most of the time more than that sometimes very large amounts at a time. Still no assistance from them in lowering that interest rate. Now I’m locked in with no possibility of lowering my very high interest rate with SST. I went to Tally as a means of lowering my interest payments and getting assistance getting out of debt. I’m never getting out of debt with this company and this new company has zero flexibility. Why should I have to pay and trust a company I’ve never heard of? Reading these reviews I’m afraid to make a payment because they’ll start deducting money that I don’t have. I don’t want to deal with that. They are very difficult to work with. There is no app which is how I always tracked and manage my tally account. My payments were lower each month with and now they are set at a certain amount every month. At a very high interest rate of more than a dollar per day, that’s ridiculous. How is this helping somebody who signed up for program to help?Systems & Services Technologies

They purchased debt from Tally, my account was in good standing never a late payment and they increased my interest rate by roughly 40%. Incredibly bad business practices which should be under investigation.Systems & Services Technologies

My Marcus Loan was transferred to Systems and Services Technologies back in December. I have made my monthly payments manually using the website. I called and was told that they do not charge interest for late payments No issues on that. I was late by two days on my payment but I made the payment through the website portal. A day passes only to see that my payment was processed twice. I call the number listed only to be transferred to a 3rd party call center ( Alorica). I never set up automatic payments. I logged in and see that someone signed me up without my authorization. I cancelled it and received an email confirming the cancellation. I checked my email inbox and I never got a email confirming that my payments were switched to automatic. Now I have to wait 3-5 day to get back my money on the second payment. I have notified my bank and filled a reversale. If System and Services does not give my back my money with in 3-5 business days I will be calling my bank to get my money back. Very unprofessional and bad business practice. The rep told me that the change was made on June 20th at 1am. I never set up for auto payment.Systems & Services Technologies

If I could rate less I would. Marcus G****** transferred loan balances to this company and it's a joke. I called June 12th to ask for a due date change from the 16th to the 30th and was told no problem. Then a week later they tell me that agent was wrong and the only dates available are 24th or 25th. So I pick the 25th with my autopay for the 25th. The 26th I am told I am not on autopay so I made a payment over the phone. On. July 1st, they pulled another payment. It's now the 8th and they now say my May and June payment were reversed and I'm late which is complete baloney. Now I have to provide proof that I have never had any reversed payments.. Wish I could give a zero rating. SST acquired my loan from Goldman sach. I decided to pay loan in full but I ended up paying more since a payment was auto drafted from my account. I paid in full on May 2 2024 and as of today July 3 2024 my loan is still showing a balance and open on all three credit reports. I barely received a check in the mail for my over payment a week ago and that was because I threatened legal action if I did not receive my money. They sent me a letter dated June 20 stating my loan was paid in full and this information will be submitted to the credit bureau. This loan is still showing on my credit reports.
