This company took over the SeedFi program and the service is deplorable. I cannot get access to my account. The payment records are incorrect. They are practicing *****. I need to pay the $1000 they gave me and be done with this bootleg so called save and invest scam.Systems & Services Technologies

My loan from Seedfi was sold to them last year and within a month of that I paid off my entire loan that was close to **** , this was back in December. I was then told by their staff that I will be getting my $**** cheque in the mail soon. A month passed and towards the end of Jan 2023 , I called them to inquire about it and they made some bs and said Ill get it within a week. Weeks passed and I called back asking to inquire about it.. to my surprise theyre like oh we dont send out cheque anymore YOU HAVE MY NUMBER, EMAIL AND EVERYTHING! Despite all that no effort was made to inform me about it and had I not called in they would have kept my money. I gave them my bank info for a direct deposit and still havent gotten anything. These people are so incompetent. Its been 3 months now and I still havent gotten my money. This is ridiculous!Systems & Services Technologies

I paid my loan off December 3, 2022. I paid off the loan early and actually overpaid by $35.00 dollars. Total owed me from SST amounts to $3,035.00. 30 days later I received a check from SST in the amount of $35. I have contacted SST excess of 6 times regarding my $3,000 Savings reimbursement only to hear bogus answers with zero resolve. Originally the loan started with Seed Fi and was turned over to SST. I did reach out to Seed Fi and their unconcerned response was, "It is out of our hands." SST is a BIG Scam, earning interest on your money! It is well over 30 days...still waiting!Systems & Services Technologies

I was paying on a loan through a company called SeedFi when the loan was sold to SST. When with SeedFi, payments were made through direct debit from my checking biweekly. I was not aware until early December of the sale to SST. Two cycles went by without a payment to SeedFi without my knowing it. SST has sent numerous emails and made numerous calls to get me to make a payment. I had already set up a new direct debit for SST, and that is working fine. The point is that someone dropped the ball in the payment process, and it was not me. SST has repeatedly told me that they "understand", yet I don't feel as if they do. The next call from them will result in me permanently blocking their number. I am beyond frustrated. I do not recommend them.Review fromDerrick N.

Yes! I completely agree with the previous review. That is almost exactly what is happening to me!I have not received my savings portion of the Borrow and Grow loan! Through SeedFi. I paid the loan off in full a large amount, and still have not received my savings in the supposed mail and it has been almost 1 month. But they are definitely in breach of contract and should be paying me interest on the money that they have been withholding from me that is ************! I originally had a loan through SeedFi, the Borrow and Grow plan, in which part of the loan was put into a savings account that I cannot access until the loan is paid in full. A couple of weeks ago, I was notified that the loan was now being managed by SST and that instead of receiving access to a savings account when the balance is paid off, I will receive a check in the mail within 30 days of paying it off. At this time, the balance of the savings account was higher than the amount I owed on the loan, so I requested that the savings balance be applied to the loan and that the rest be sent to me. They refused, saying that the terms of the loan are the same regardless of the transfer of management. However, the terms are not the same because these are not the terms I agreed to. I agreed to having access to a savings account, not getting a paper check within 30 days. Worse, I am unable to see any information about the savings account online. I have called SST multiple times, and only once was a customer service representative able to see any information about the savings account, and he was not able to see the balance. The other 2 were not able to see any information at all. SeedFi told me they cannot legally give me any information. This is a violation of the agreement that was made. It is egregious that 2 weeks after this transfer, I am still unable to see any information about the savings account online. It is egregious that most of the customer service reps were not even aware of the savings account. It is egregious that once I pay off the loan, I will not see the majority of the amount that I will have paid off until almost a month after it is paid. It is egregious that this amount will come in the form of a paper check in the mail rather than access to an online savings account per the agreement. Since this is an obvious breach of contract, I am looking into options to pursue legal action against both companies.Systems & Services Technologies

I originally got a loan through **************** Loans. Pioneer closed and my loan was sold to this c*** company. To say the least, SST was by far the worst company to deal with or pay off. I wouldnt put it past them if they jipped me out of money the entire time. Will never deal with Pioneer or SST ever again.Systems & Services Technologies

Worst company Ive ever dealt with. I was fine with the company till I requested to extend my payment till the next week. I was told my extension was approved and my payment would not come out. Then I check my bank account and the payment came out anyways which caused a 20 dollar overdraft fee. I called the company and they informed me that they could only put in a request to refund payment but not overdraft fee. Talked to another agent they hung up on me. Spoke with a supervisor they told me that my extension was denied but it was approved told me I needed a hardship reason which was not stated to me in the beginning. I Call back and the last agent I spoke to told me that the request was still in and they were still waiting for approval. This company is a sham I cant believe that they would treat people like this and just lie. Dont ever get a loan through this company.Systems & Services Technologies

I sent a payoff check for a totaled trailer to the company in June 2022. They signed and received check on June 29th , I have called everyday for the last 25 days and they keep telling me they are trying to find out why it has not been paid to my account. I have talked to several people and keep getting the run around . My payment is now 3 days late since it is sitting on someone's desk and has not been applied. I have talk to sever people promising to call me back. I put a claim in on July 14th and kept calling every other day getting the response they are working on it. I have talked *********************** guy named. ************************* and many others. This has caused me to have a **** amount of stress and need this taken care of.
