We bought windows and in less than 2 years , 2 have to be replaced. The first one was in the summer and this other is also for same reason, gases escaped in window. They want 150 Trip Fee to just have someone look at window then send a tech to replace window. We paid over $8000 for these windows, now more money to check it out. I went to page to make pymt, does not look secure, so their customer service rep said I believe it is secure. Then said I could get a cashier's check to mail. It's crazy that they sold me subpar windows and now want me to pay for a "trip fee". We chose them because of their reputation but boy were we wrong. They are not a good customer service company.

I am writing this to warn people against this company. I called them because I heard them advertise a "buy two/get two" on 99 Rock ***** The sales woman showed up and would not provide a business card. After several requests to just measure the windows and give a price, she refused to leave after two hours and kept insisting on doing presentations. The estimate she gave was not itemized, and she said it was really a "Buy three and sort of get one window discounted". She refused to leave the estimate (it was $70,000) and when I said we need to think about it, she wouldn't leave. If I was elderly, I probably would have felt intimidated and pressured into signing just to get her to leave my home. I was close to calling the police. Never, ever have this company come to your home.

Cannot express the level of frustration that we have experienced while we continue to deal with Window Nation. We called a number of companies to compare quotes. Through HIGH pressure sales, we were convinced that we could make a deposit (to lock in their low same-day quote) and if the final quote came in lower or we decided to go with another company, we would get our deposit back. Before the end of the SAME day that we met with Window Nation and gave them a deposit, we called to inform them that we were going with another company. They still deposited our check and here we are almost a month later and we still haven't gotten our money back. Their cancellation department processed our cancellation almost two weeks after the initial cancellation request. We were assured that we would get our check back within 10 business days. We still haven't gotten our check back. When you try to reach out to get assistance, all you get is automated emails in return. I called again today and was told that our check was just cut three days ago and mailed - coincidentally one day after I had sent yet another email asking where our money was (18 days after we were supposed to have received it). Only received an automated response -no one actually cares about fixing this situation. Our lives are on hold while we wait for this money to be rightfully returned to us. DO NOT support this unethical business. They are money hungry and don't care about their customers.

I requested an estimate from Window Nation and they sent out a sales representative. The price that was first presented to me was out of my budget and I told the rep as much. The rep called his supervisor in front of me and asked if they could get a better price and the supervisor presented me with a price that was closer to my budget and 3k lower than the previously "Best" price. During this time it was also mentioned to me how little the rep was getting paid to be there and how far the rep had driven for this appointment. This felt very much as if they were attempting to guilt me. However, I told the rep that I would sign the paperwork to "hold" the price but that I would need the night to think about such a large purchase (It is a personal rule of mine I always sleep on a big purchase such as this one) and if they could please check in with me in the morning to confirm my decision. After sleeping on it I realized that it did not sit right with me that when I said no to the first price that suddenly there was a better price available, and I didn't want to move forward with the project. The rep called me as promised the next morning as I told him as much. He started to argue with me that this is just how business works and that I clearly don't understand business and that I must have not been serious about getting windows if I was not accepting their offer and that I wasted his time. I felt insulted and asked him to make sure the project was canceled before hanging up. He immediately called me back and i didn't answer. He then texted me saying all the things he had been saying before about wasting his time and such. Later that afternoon I called Window Nation to report what had happened as I continued to feel upset and unsettled at my treatment after saying no. I eventually spoke with a manager who said they would get back to me in a few days and I haven't heard from them since. All I wanted was assurance that future customers will not be harassed if they say no.

I cannot express enough how terrible my experience with Window Nation has been. Terry *****, the salesperson who sold us on the 18-month no-interest financing option in 2023, completely misrepresented the financing. The contract didn't explicitly lay out the promotional terms, to which I reminded him that it should be included. He just told me to "use this email response as a confirmation" that the promotional terms still apply. Well, it turns out, they do not. What’s worse is the complete lack of follow-up. After realizing I had been misled, I tried to contact Terry for clarification, but they have vanished into thin air. I’ve sent countless emails and I can't even leave a voicemail. This company’s customer service is abysmal, and their ethics are seriously questionable. Save yourself the headache and look for a more trustworthy company. This experience has been nothing short of a disaster. We just filed a complaint through Better Business Bureau (BBB) and are exploring other legal actions.

My experience was amazing, from sales to measuring and doing the installation on time as promised. The installer did an amazing job with a supper finish and look. Love the windows quality and would work for my next phase windows in the near future.

We bought windows last year from a salesman who assured us multiple times during our meeting that we would receive 0% interest for 18 months. We even had this agreement in writing, via. email between ourselves and the salesman. So our plan was to make minimum payments for 18 months and pay off the windows after the promotional period ended. But it turns out we were being charged interest during the entire promotional period; owing thousands of dollars more than expected. We've tried to reach the salesman but with no luck. We called Window Nations customer service and the Financing company but they say they can't do anything without the salesman's confirmation. This back and forth has been going on for a month now.

Window Nation has been good to work with and have been on top of any follow-up issues we may have had. We ran into some structural issues we had to take care of and the instal team was great at rescheduling !
