Nothing GOOD. From the start there were issues with the contract, ordering windows and installing windows. My windows was partly installed, windows made short 6", for to bring a window, NO Screens and poor caulking around some windows. After the first day/and last day of installing my windows, someone came out to measure them a few times. The contractor never came back and no communication until recently after a little over a year. I received a call, stating my file was loss and just appeared, the time of the 2 year promotion they allow you no payment. Now I am being harrassed by a collection lawyer on Window Nation behave to collect on a loan ,that is more than the original amount., the work is still incomplete to this day. and missing 4 windows, one old window that was taken out, was partially set back in its place for a year (forgotten at time of installation), They also made a promise to install me a small bay window after all the confusion, but that did not happen either. Jim was my salesman and he met with me and went over all the available choices. Very nice and knowledgeable. The ordering went very smoothly, and he said it would be 16 to 18 weeks til the windows were installed. They are actually already in! The crew that installed them were here right on time and completed the job in a professional and timely manner. The routine was like a well-oiled machine from set up, to install, to clean up. The crew was very polite and worked well together. I was asked before they left if everything was satisfactory, and I believed it was. Later that day I realized that a few plants in my gardens paid the price, a couple I understood that it couldn't be avoided, but some in the back, upset me a bit. I also noticed that 1 of my windows has caulk or sealer "smeared" on it where the seams come together. I am not thrilled about that, but I can live with it. I guess I was a bit surprised to see that as the windows are a HUGE expense. I did receive a phone call that a work order has been placed for 1 of the screens that was missing. As I mentioned, I do love my windows and my house got a major facelift after 60 years. I take pride in my house, work hard for my money, and I want what I pay for. I chose WN because I have always heard great things about them, and I have witnessed their work at my sister's house. It was a great experience for her. My hopes are that WN will help me in the future if any problems arise, and stand behind their promises.Window Nation, LLC

I couldn't get past setting up an appointment. The receptionist used high pressure tactics to tell me that I could not get an appointment without my husband and an agreement to be available for 90 minutes. This didn't work for me as I typically set up all appointments and review all contracts. I don't think it's the role of a business to tell me how my family makes a business decision. Unfortunately, this company wouldn't set up an appointment unless I agreed to their terms, and the company spent 10 minutes insisting that I agree. I could have been dishonest and answered to appease her but I thought the approach was disrespectful toward me as a customer.Window Nation, LLC

The men who came were very professional but when it came to peeing them they did not give us the 24 month no interest. The guy was very mean that I talked to and told me the salesman had been gone for a long time. That was a lie. They advertise but don't give it to you. Now they have 5 years no interest but they would not work with us at all. Will never recommend them to anyone. We are seniors on fixed income and was planning to have more work done but they will never get my business again. Big rip off companyWindow Nation, LLC

I have a patio door that window nation was to repair. they were suppose to remove the glass window that had the blinds inside the glass. When they removed the old door to replace the frame they damaged the glass with the blinds in it. They had to order a new class with blinds when the arrived the blinds were a different size and the handle to raise and lower was different then the other door. Also the inside of the panels were damaged. Now they told me that they would have order both side so they would match.They came today 05/06/2022 with only one side. This has been going on since November of 2021. If anyone form window nation that could help they have my number they can call me anytime

NEVER USE WINDOW NATION! After months waiting for the "customized" windows, we finally got an appointment for our installation. The time frame was between 8-10 am and if anything changes due to the weather beyond control, they would call between 7-9 am. If we change an appointment less than 24 hours then we need to pay $350 penalty. The morning of, they called at 9:57 am to let us know that our appointment between 8-10 is canceled due to the weather!!!!! But there's no rain until 4 pm! I had to take the whole day off of work just for them to called me last min saying that due to the weather they had to cancel the appointment! Ok, fine. So we scheduled for the next day. I was told it would only take about 3-4 hours to install 6 windows. That's pretty quick I'd say! But who knows, maybe there would be multiple people showing up and the work would be done very quickly. So I decided to take half day of work. On the day off, 2 very SLOW men showed up. 7 hours later 5/6 were installed. And it was RAINING!!!!!!! Water got in my dining room and bedroom while they installed it. They looked perfect, though, I love them. But one in the kitchen was damaged so they had to re-ordered the window. I had to take the whole day off work now because it took them 7 hours to install 5 windows! The financial people kept calling saying that the project is completed and we need to start the payment. I told them the project is NOT COMPLETED and they said, oh it's over 50% completed so we will have to process the payment! Like, WTF is this company! Do people communicate with one another? Now I had to re-arrange all of my kitchen appliances and furnitures, maybe take another day off of work AGAIN to have that one window installed, which I haven't heard from them WHEN yet! Someone did reach out just to tell me "they will make an appointment to install the last window". That was it. I was expecting more, something like an offer to compensate my work time lost or the inconvenience of having to wait for weeks to have my last window install, while having to keep paying my bill! This business has no respect for their customers. Honestly, the biggest mistake I've made on home improvement.Review fromJohn M

I have significant concerns with the quality of these windows. I had 15 windows replaced. 13 of them have chips and unfinished cuts where the lower sash fits the track of the upper sash. This looks like it was done after manufacturing without any regards for quality. I several of the frame tracks are seperating. Several wwindows have excess sealant that needs to be trimmed. Several of the inside grids are dented. A window has scratched on the exterior, two windows have smudge marks on the inside of the glass pane (so can not be cleaned.  Several of the corner welds are not finished. These are just a few of the quality control issues I have. I initiated a call to customer service immeiately after installation..I have followed up on May 18. I followed up May 19th and May 20th. I contacted my sales Rep via Text mutiple times and followed up with customer service on May 24th. I attempted to communicate and have sent multiple emails and photos to accompany the numerous calls to customer service as instucted. I have not had a reply for WindowNation or their representatives. I have patiently attempted to resolve this matter with WindoNation without success. Very poor quality product. Very poor follow up and no follow up contacts from customer service, service technician nor any production manager. This is very disappointing!!Window Nation, LLC
