Do not use window nation. They have predatory practice for quoting. The salesman quoted more windows than I had. I asked him about it then he lowered the number. Then when I told him my hesitation the price magically lowered another few thousand. I then told him I had another quote that was lower and he laughed and said he needed proof. (This is via text). I sent it and he then took the route of being defensive and unprofessional. I do not recommend using this company with this deceitful practice. Salesman names was *****.

Window Nation Review: Horrible experience with entryway door installation. The sales team lied and manipulated to make a sale. The installer did not do everything promised and did sloppy work. The customer support team is useless. The management staff does not respond to issues with installs. I have had better customer service from my cable and internet provider. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We are thrilled with our Window Nation windows. From start to finish, we were treated with respect and courtesy. **** ******* is exceptional. He has helped us every step of the way. He is knowledgeable, considerate and helpful. We had many questions and he answered all of them. After the installation, his job was not done. He continued to answer the questions we failed to asked at the time,. The windows are amazing and we are looking forward to many years of service and lower utility bills. The install team worked well together and cleaned up nicely. We had a couple of questions about the installation that were quickly resolved expertly. I highly recommend Window Nation! We have been through the process of replacement windows at our former home and neither of them went nearly as smoothly as Window Nation. Highly recommend!!

I was informed that someone would come to my home to measure the windows. During my initial phone call with your team, I provided all the necessary details, including my address, confirmation of homeownership, and the number of windows needing installation. I was told that someone would contact me to schedule an in-home appointment. However, no one followed up, and instead, I received a quote via email on May 2, 2025, from a sales representative named ***** ****** ***** offered a 50% discount, claiming it was the current monthly promotion. However, during my initial phone inquiry, I confirmed multiple times that the promotion for the month of May is 60% off. Not only did ***** misquote the discount, but he also stated that the 50% offer was expiring that very day—an inaccurate and misleading claim, considering the actual promotion runs through the entire month. Additionally, ***** stated that the windows were measured using EagleView, yet the quote he provided only included 13 windows, despite my clear request for 14. It took several days of back-and-forth communication, along with multiple phone calls to Window Nation (none of which led to resolution). Eventually, ***** responded with a quote for the 14th window at $745 but failed to specify which window this referred to. This raised further questions, as I was previously told by another representative that window pricing depends on size and specifications—not a flat rate. In one of his emails, ***** compared Window Nation’s promotions to Black Friday deals at **** *** or ******, suggesting the 50% offer was a limited-time deal available for just a day or two. This analogy was both misleading and incorrect, as confirmed the 60% discount was valid for the entire month of May. ***** has now moved to a new narrative that 60% discount is just on material. Whereas the discount as per multiple confirmations from Window Nation states that 60% discount should be applied on labor + material (not JUST MATERIAL).

The company does false advertisement and is discriminating when they found out you are black or living a mobile home. The company gives you a quote based on Windows they have not actually sized... And advertise to give you a gift card when you scheduled your appointment even though they don't have representatives to come out and actually measure windows. Then they make excuses why they will not give you the gift card because of their company not having representatives to come out to the residence to really do a physical examination of the windows. When you speak to a representative each one has a different sales pitch and they are basically trying to sell as many windows as they can and get over on you.. when I originally scheduled the appointment I was told by two windows get two windows free I also have the brochure as proof. Each time I spoke with a representative it became by more windows and get more free from two windows to two free to three Windows to three Windows free and it ended up being four Windows you had to purchase in order to receive four Windows free I'm not sure if that started taking place because I was a black person and they really just didn't want to do the job. I have also done a ****** review which the show all the emails back and forth that state that they did not even have a representative to come out to my location therefore I feel like I am still entitled to receive the gift card that is not a me problem that is a customer service problem. Even though I had a representative tell me they would not even schedule an appointment with me if I did not have a Windows within a certain size. It turned out to be a lie. I think they just did not want to schedule the appointment with me when they realize I was a black lady.

When my husband and I decided to install new windows in our home, we had high hopes and trust in Window Nation. Regrettably, our experience with them was anything but what we had anticipated. From the start, we were misled about what Window Nation offered. We chose Window Nation because of their window guarantee; specifically, trained employees would handle the installation. However, we later discovered that our windows were installed by subcontractors, leading to a series of errors and significant damage to our home. Despite making multiple service calls and dealing with unresponsive customer service, we learned that Window Nation’s guarantee did not cover the damages caused by the subcontractors, who improperly installed all 16 windows. As a result, we were left without any resolution, and mold and water damage occurred in our home. Just three months after installation, we reported water leaking through the windows. A Window Nation technician came out and claimed to have repaired the issue. However, several months later, we noticed more water coming in and made six service calls. On the sixth visit, we requested an inspection of all installed windows, only to discover that all 16 had been installed incorrectly. Our frustration grew as each attempt to resolve the issue through customer support was met with indifference. When we learned that we were misled about the installation, we were informed that Window Nation was not responsible for the visible water damage and mold in our home and that the statute of limitations for addressing those damages had expired. Dishonesty and unprofessionalism defiled the entire process with Window Nation, totally eroding our trust in the company. I hope my review saves anyone considering Window Nation for their home. Our family spent thousands of dollars on new windows, and now, because we chose Window Nation, we face spending thousands more to repair the mold and water damage in our home.

We had 11 windows replaced on 4/22/25. Abner and his crew arrived on time at 8 am and were finished by 12;15 pm. they were very polite; they worked quickly but thoroughly. They covered our floors and in front of each window. They helped move our computers and other furniture which we could not move by ourselves. They helped us put up the brackets for our blinds at the end.. Our salesman Chris was very very knowledgeable. The supervisor showed up later to check the job and asked if we had any issues. We are very pleased so far..

We had 4 windows replaced on 4/7/25. The team arrived on time, protected our property with drop cloths, and completed the work in two hours. They cleaned up everything, leaving us nothing to dispose Just got and Email from **** what our upcoming bill would be...it's $150.00 less than last month! This is wonderful!. We are in our 70's and every penny counts These windows are everything they said they would be, and more. We couldn't be happier with our new windows . We would reuse them in a heartbeat and recommend them highly. Thank you, ****** *** ******* *******
