I had a salesman come in September and I purchased $30,000 in windows and doors. The salesman told me I could replace some windows that were floor to ceiling and the manufacturer told us the windows were to big for them to replace so that was very disappointing. The communication is terrible with the salespeople. I had to keep calling the salesperson because they never updated me and even 2 months from when I placed my order I still had not received confirmation on an installment time. Turns out my salesperson didn't work there anymore and it was almost 3 months before a nother salesperson contacted me to let me know. The person was Ted and he told me he was going to takeover my contract. Turns out he was no better I kept emailing him and never got responses. I ended up cancelling my contract. The company is the worst. Ted in Chicago your a terrible salesman, all you had to do was respond and now you guys lost a $30,000 sale. This company is not worth the headache, they don't deliver on what they promise.Review fromChalie L

I am 67 years old, and they were terrible. The salesman came to our house and everything he promised as the final price would be $243 but it would probably be lower, however the price was $267 for starters. Many other lies and manipulation & deceit. He said it would be 3 crews and 1 day to complete. However, it was 3 guys that were here for 4 hours and came back another day to finish. Installers wrecked the sidewalk, garage and windowsills with mulch all over the interior of the house. Salesman said house would be cleaner than when they came, what a wreck. Salesman said he would be here when they came to install, and he never showed up. We told them we wanted to be compensated, and Dan ****** said I would be compensated $600 for the wreck but it never happened. We wish we would have gone with WINDOW WORLD and their price ended up less than window nation. Call me if you want to know more.Review fromashley w

This was my first time buying new windows in my first home and was the worst experience I could have imagined to have happen. My windows were set to be installed September 23rd and was about a 2 day process. After the first day the install crew completely installed the windows and trim incorrectly. Window didn't open, windows were un level, outside trim damaged and the crew used caulk to cover the "imperfections" (the entire outside windows were covered in caulk) The crew left garbage everywhere on my property, nails in my yard(entire box spilled, and razor blades in my driveway and yard) A crew foreman than came out to "fix" these issues, they were not fixed, he just attempted to fix the terrible work that was done. November 4th I had a new team come out to fix those issues and install multiple new components to the windows and I still had broken/damaged screens, sashs and glass scratches.(they did not even clean the windows and after all this it was the least they could have done) Fast forward to December 6th I was told the additional parts were in to come back out AGAIN and to my surprise those parts we not in. December 31st I had the final broken piece replaced. The compensation for my windows being finished 3 months later and inconveniencing me by an additional 4 days I had to take off of work, $500 gift card. That felt like an insult to my time being wasted. This process was so disappointing. I felt taken advantage of being a female that they assumed I just wouldn't notice all the issues.Review fromC.A. P

Would give zero stars if it was an option. Absolutely horrible experience! Project management is non-existent. My windows were ordered prior to HOA approval (which took 2 rounds because the correct information was not provided by Window Nation). They then proceeded to schedule installation and I received an email the next day saying my windows would not be finished until several days after the scheduled installation. There is zero project management with Window Nation-you will have to manage everything from the HOA team, scheduling measurements, scheduling installation etc. They work in a silo and do not communicate with each other or their contractor. I will also add that after the windows were installed, their payment website was down. I called multiple times over several days and received confirmation their site was down was told to just keep trying the site and pay once it was back up and running. I then received an email threatening legal action if the remaining balance was not paid within 10 days of installation yet their website was still down. I have never had such a horrible, mismanaged experience ever. They do not respond when you contact them, the people you do speak to have zero clue and are not able to put you in contact with people that would know and they repeatedly ghost you and never respond to emails or their supposed 'we will have someone get back to you'. 200% do NOT recommend this company.Review fromSherry W

They sent an independent contractor and his trainee to install my windows. They were unprofessional and their work was sloppy. They installed a screen that is obviously loose. They got caulk all over the new window frames. It is now on me to hire someone to clean up their mess. Not what I signed up for!Review fromEmily R

We have been dealing with Window Nation for almost 6 months, and still have not been able to complete our installation with them. The day of installation the crew was kind but were not respectful of our property. They left a few things damaged and dirty. I had to escalate it in order to get Window Nation to inspect the damage. They agreed multiple things need to be done, however they have not come back to complete the work they agreed needs to be done. We have 5 windows that need replacement parts, one installed incorrectly, and shutters that need to be replaced at a minimum. This week they had the finance company start charging although the work has not been completed. I have reached out to them multiple times with no response. In the contract it states that the work must be completed to satisfaction, which Window Nation knows is not true.Review fromSheila M

The windows look great. Three gentlemen came at 8 am and installed 19 windows, done at around 3. They vacuumed around window installation, washed all windows, cleaned outside. It was like they were never here. They put back my awning hardware. They caulked everywhere. We couldn’t be happier with the product and installation.Review fromTrixie B

Horrible. They installed windows that do not blob or close and will not come out to fix. I am a 60 four-year-old woman who lives alone on the ground floor of my building. I have no way to secure my home. They were supposed to call last week to schedule an appointment. They never didReview fromAlexis R

I purchased all new windows last year by from Window Nation. I was informed of lifetime warranty. This past summer I noticed that 1 of my basement window was not capped while the other which is a few feet apart was capped. The uncapped window collects water when it rains therefore has potential for leakage. I contacted Window Nation back in August and reported this issue and have been instructed to send them pictures of the windows which I have done. I was then informed that someone would contact me to schedule appointment to come to look at the window. Needless to say that no one has contacted me to date to schedule an appointment. I have been following up since August every 2-3 weeks and still no resolve. On 10/18/24, I finally requested and spoke with a manager whose name I have written down, however will not mention here, who then informed me that based on the pictures I sent it appears that windows are at different level of my driveway therefore the installers were unable to cap the lower one. I have explained to her that both windows are at the save level of my driveway therefore if they were able to cap one they should have been able to cap the other. She then went to state that she would schedule to have someone out to look at the window and for me to allow two weeks for such. To date, I have not received a call from Window Nation; I called back on 10/30/24, 10/31/24, 11/6/24 to follow up only to be told that someone will contact and as usual no response. In desperation, a week, I even contacted the sales rep in attempt to get some assistance and he too advised me to send a email with my concerns and he would forward it to his supervisor to see what can be done, however once again no feedback. This is not good customer service or business etiquette. I'm so disappointed.Review fromLydia M

We had a wonderful experience with Window Nation. The sales person was knowledgeable and professional. It was easy to make an appointment with them. The windows are nicely made, the technician was very careful and did a wonderful job securing the job site, installing the windows and cleaning up. I would recommend Window Nation.
