  This is my experience. The salesperson and person sent to measure my windows were pleasant and promised high quality warranted windows to be installed. My order was placed July 23rd along with a down payment of $9,026.00. I was told work would begin in late September or early October. After Labor Day, I contacted my salesperson to find out the specific date for installation. I was transferred to her manager who told me the order was canceled and that he put a check in the mail with my down payment. A week went by without my check. I contacted the manager again and he said he had to contact the accounting department. September 23rd I was told that my check was being processed. I am now waiting on October 4th for the manager to verify that my refund was sent. On page 5 in fine print of the contract I signed it states (not verbatum) that the company can cancel for any reason, that they are not responsible for anything promised by their representatives, and that they do not have to pay interest on monies submitted to them for down payments. So as a result, they have been running their company on my money since July 23rd. Buyer Beware, wish I had not been dazzled by promises put forth. Lesson learned. Hope I eventually see my $9,026.00.

  This company is HORRIFIC. I asked them to stop calling me as I provided my contact info in error and do you think they care? Oh, no! I've had at least 6 more calls in 1 day and then their reps use their own cell phones to get you to p/u the phone.
  And then their website has a customer support robot for chat. REALLY??? Then they check your contact info so you can't leave them a message so you have the "stop calling" in writing!!!!
  I wouldn't buy a wooden widget from a company that is this ANNOYING and OBNOXIOUS!!!! No means NO!
  ONE STAR IS TOO GENEROUS!!!

  Do not trust this company to do anything! Alex **** my sales consultant was supposed to cancel my order due to unexpected financial changes and I was supposed to receive the down payment back since I canceled in the required time frame. They haven’t returned my money nor can I get ahold of him to ask him what’s going on. I’ve talked to customer service who reached out to the manager who is not responding as well. Definitely glad I didn’t have them do any work due to the poor communication. I can only imagine the headache trying to get anything else resolved.

  Was told on my contract that my finance was 0 percent for the promotion period. Got my bill and wasn't what was supposed to be called talked to different people and they said that someone from the sales management team would get back to me but nothing

  I scheduled an appointment to have Window Nation come to home to provide estimate on three normal size windows and three picture windows - to have them replace. Appointment scheduled. Told them I would be in office all next week I would not be able to answer my phone. Appointment was set for the following Saturday, 3pm. Window Nation called me Monday twice and left a text. They called again twice on Tuesday and text me. They called again on Wednesday twice, left email and text. Thursday they left email, called and text. The second time they called this day I was on break. Therefore I answered it. I confirmed my Saturday 3pm appointment, told the lady thank you. Then she asked me what I wanted done. I had already scheduled the appointment, told the salesman exactly what I wanted, and then they want me to tell them again what I want. This is absolutely stupid!!!! Window Nation reflects a 5-star rating on their website. That is obviously a lie. They couldn't even provide 5star customer service. I have found complaints against window nation. But, they say they have 5star rating. They lie to the customers right at the beginning. Window Nation should be ashamed of themselves. I only gave them one star because I could not do this complaint with zero stars.

  Warranty process is a joke and lucky we have yet to be fined for a broken window. Filed a claim for a broken window on June 21 and submitted all requested photos via email. Someone came out to the house a few weeks later, we were under the assumption that it was to replace the broken pane as we were told the appointment was for service/replacement. The person who came out only took photos and submitted them. It is now September 25th and we just received an email saying the replacement pane should ship from the factory on November 2.

  Brian was knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly. Great job.
  Installation..
  Tony and Rory were clean, near and very professional. They even stopped to chat and address questions and concerns.
  Jeff measured accurately even checking for squareness of the frame. He to was neat, knowledgeable and clean. Also answering questions.
  Price..
  The price was very reasonable and fair. Quality as well.
  I recommend window nation for replacement windows at this time and the men listed to deal with.
  Hope this helps consumers.
