      **Groupon Bucks/take photos/screen shots/documentation!!!I ordered 3x amusement park tickets with Groupon Bucks (redeemed a Groupon Gift Card) and was charged the full amount. I reached out to Groupon:1) I requested a refund of the GB amount that I was charged showing a photo of my checkout screen the total to be charged AFTER GB was applied 2) I noticed I had 2 orders under my vouchers and the first set of 3x tickets were refunded and second order processed (red flag)Two different Groupon supervisors shifted the blame the amusement park tickets was noted FINAL SALE and "Unfortunately, due to an error, Groupon bucks were not added to your recent order transaction. As for the deal, please note that it is a live deal, and the merchants policy states that all sales are final and no rain checks, refunds, or exchanges. Regrettably, this means we are unable to process a refund of $88 partially for this purchase. I FIRMLY noted the purchase was on and processed with GROUPON, NOT the amusement park.Thank goodness for **************** who promptly credited my overcharged Groupon Bucks amount.

      ************** is satisfactory in that it provides what it is expected. However, customer service was non existent in my case. 3 emails sent through their link and none were answered. I needed instruction for contacting the company selling the items as stated on the Groupon.

      Cold blooded service. My parents went to ***********, ** since my mom's brother was put on Hospice which pretty much means they are just going to make him comfortable until he steps into eternity. They originally were going to fly back on Saturday the 10th so they asked me to book them a reservation for the day before their return flight, so they could be in *********** since my aunt/uncle live 2 hours away. My uncle past and the funeral arrangements were planned for the following week so I had to change the date of the reservation which Groupon refused a refund so the clerk said as long as they refused, she could not give us a refund. I will NEVER use Groupon again.

      I ordered 2 women's nightshirts on Groupon for a total of $26.14. They do not fit and not good quality. I went to the customer support section to email them I wanted to return them and get a refund. The SEND button to submit the email is inoperable so I cannot contact them. I researched online and many people are stating thus exact problem. I regret ordering from Groupon, I want my money back

      Been trying to reach a manager, no luck. I was logged out of my Groupon and the email associated with account I no longer have. My problem is I have an upcoming event and my tickets(voucher) is on Groupon and I can't access. I paid through my Paypal using the updated email. I am willing to show identification that will be associated with shipping and billing address. I using Groupon/help speaking with different reps and no one is able to assist me. I was told a manager will contact me and that hasn't happened. My next step is to email the *** and bring my experience to social platforms

      I bought a voucher for weightloss medication through Groupon. The company was deceitful about how much the medication was going to cost on the advertisement. Once you purchase the coupon and then go to the website it's so much more money. But they get away with it because three company days is for "shipping". Once the "medication" came in the mail the vial was virtually empty. I called costumer service and emails them dozens of times with no reply from them. They continue to charge (try to) my card for random amounts and no product. I reached out to Groupon and they told me they will try to resolve it by getting ahold of the company. They were as unsuccessful as I was (shocker)! They refunded my original coupon amount but refuse to repay for what the company has essentially stolen from me. To add salt to the wound Groupon continues to allow them on their site. I've reached out to Groupon several times now and they have started ignoring my emails. Such a disappointment from Groupon.

      On 08/01/2024 I received a weird email from Groupon telling me that I spoke to customer service agent about a purchase I made over 2 years ago n on March 2,2022. Now as you can imagine I was very suspicious. Then I received another suspicious email after telling that they happy to talk and sent me a transcript about a conversation that never took place. The scammer then took the time to order stuff on my account with ********************** bucks that I had whatever was refunded. If Groupon is selling peoples data they should tell them because that is not fair to the consumer. This person had access to my account and my home address. After I realized it was a scam I changed my password and when I tried to log back in I was kicked out of my account. I also checked the address on my account and an unfamiliar address and location are listed on my account. THIS IS HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE. Then Groupon doesnt have an my useful contact just a stupid email instead of talking to a live agent I have use an email. Im glad I didnt have any payment information on my account because then they would try to use it. This needs to get resolved.

      I paid for a Groupon oil change in June 2024 with an expiration date of August 3, 2024. I tried to redeem it the week of July 22 every day and the site says temporarily unavailable .i tried to contact customer service but it gives me the same message. I googled a customer service phone number and it was a life alert line. I since have read reviews that the business is tanking so be wary about purchasing thru them.

      I cannot reach anyone at Groupon no matter how I try, online or phone. Their help link doesn't work and says "node has not been created". Then just googled to find Groupon. The phone number says they no longer offer phone service and I must go online for live chat but wants me to put in my credit card # before they talk to me to help. I spent $84 for a voucher for a restaurant and while it says it is available there is no voucher to print nor is it available to show on my mobile app. There is no way I'm going add my credit card for them to charge me. I don't even know if it is a scam.

      Bate and switch! I ordered a ************** change and at check out I had to pay additional fees.
