      Constant issues with cash application whether its check, credit card or ACH. We have three accounts with them which adds to the confusion but all of our payments are either through the portal and are still messed up or a check sent with remittance and it still will not be applied properly. Randomly a few months later without permission they will move money between our accounts, keeping us in a constantly cycle of incorrect and confusing accounting. They do not reply to email requests despite sending notices via email and having an email contact to reply to. Phone calls do nothing as it is with a call center with poor English communication, they will fix one issue and if you have another, you have to call back. Getting a credit refund back through all these issues have been nearly impossible. I would discontinue working with the company if it was up to me.

      Do not sign any agreement with this company. I told their representative that I had a project which would take no longer than 6 months. He prepared a contract for a year, and when I asked him how we could end the contract earlier he said to just "let him know." Well, he left the company, and now I'm being charged for the full 12 months. They were scheduled two days in a row to come take a bin away and didn't show. Then they showed up without being scheduled one day. I told the driver I had asked for cancellation but hadn't heard back about it two weeks later. He said I could refuse service, but since I had to sign the refusal order I still got charged for full service, simply because he showed up without being scheduled. I also contacted billing regarding an invoice we had paid for taking away a large bin when they had taken away a small bin, but since I signed that order, I still had to pay the full price for a large bin. I escalated that complaint and got tough luck you signed it response, even though they closed their email with "thanks for being a valued customer." Now that the contract is almost over, I contacted them to ask what I needed to do to keep the contract from rolling over monthly, and they have completely ghosted me. No one will answer my emails at all. Do not sign anything with this company, and do not use them! You will regret it.

      Horrible service. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!!! The man that came and told me about the business and details lied and then the company did not stand behind what the salesman told me. I was on hold for long periods of time and when I told them to pick up their bins they did not even try to resolve the situation and get me to continue having their service. The employees who answer their phones are rude. I would not recommend this company EVER!!!

      I hired Shred-it in June for a 1-day event. I accidentally paid the invoice twice in July. I have phoned them 6 times in 3 months. I have reference numbers, etc., however, nothing ever happens. Ref#s ******* (dtd 7/31/2023) and ******** (dtd 10/19/2023). Absolutely nothing ever happens. 3+ months and 6 phone calls and I can't get my $964.50 returned. I was told the check was approved on 9/5/2023. Nothing happens.

      Took many attempts to get requested service scheduled. Wasn't able to get a definite price for job. Finally got job completed. Then the invoice was paid twice (our error). Have contacted them for a refund several different times and have been told each time that the refund check is being processed and will be in the mail to us within one to two weeks from date of call. Nothing is ever received and the only response to calls is "Payment is being processed and will be expedited and should be mailed to us in one to two weeks." It has been almost 2 months since the first request for a refund was made and still nothing from them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

      Got no answer from service ********** with a different company. Received computer generated signature block for contract thought it was for the 2nd company I went with. Then received full contract with hidden agenda. Says locked in for 5 years. Called to cancel it was given a number for the cancellation. Was then transferred over to credit and was told that if cancelled I would still be billed a large cancellation fee. My other choice is to keep a bin for 5 years that I will not be using and pay $1500 over 5 years or pay the $2K plus drop fee.

      Overcharged back in June. Was assured by customer service and sales rep that the refund would be coming. And months later I am still following up on this. Terrible customer service. Terrible. Beware.

      This company gives you the round around. **************** does not do their job correctly. The customer service lady tells you that the contract is going to end on a certain date and do not worry everything will be taken care of, service will be cancelled. Get a service call the day after the cancel date and found out from scheduling they renewed the contract for two more years even thou we called within the 30 day time limit to make sure it was to be cancelled. Now waiting on a call to get this resolved. I doubt if they will call us all they want is money for service never provided.**** and GM

      This company is the worst. We had setup a residential appointment with them about a month out. I had even scheduled the pickup for a day they would be in my small town. The *** BEFORE the pickup they sent me an email CONFIRMING the pickup and time. Then called me to CANCEL claiming they couldn't come down my road. They admitted in the voicemail that they should have looked at this before scheduling and didn't. So I offered to bring my materials to a gas station about a mile from my house on a main road. NOPE. So they offered to have me meet them about 5 miles away where their truck would be at a business. Then when I agreed to this inconvenience and extra work, I shared that I needed to bring the materials in several loads since I don't have a truck and all of it wouldn't fit in my car, they said they couldn't wait. Uh, they would have had to wait at my house for me to bring them out to the truck but can't wait at another site because they would have to get to the next appointment? I thought I WAS the next appointment?! What happened to my appointment time frame? So I asked them if they could bring a smaller truck. NOPE. I asked them how long they could wait for me to bring my materials to that location. No amount of time. They couldn't wait at all. I would have been doing extra work, using extra gas and time from my schedule and they could not accommodate by simply WAITING at a site they would already be at. ***************** Uh non-existent. They made no attempt to right this wrong or fix the situation. Never Never use this company. And I have both the emails and voicemail to corroborate my story. Terrible company.

      Horrible service. Would give -5 stars if we could. Our shredding pickup was supposed to be picked up over a month ago and they never came and never told us why or rescheduled it. I have been trying for the last 3 weeks to have someone come pick up our shredding. Each time I call I am told that they will call the local branch and have someone come right out.... but shocker they can never actually get anyone to answer at the local branch. Our shredding is extremely sensitive information, and our lock box is now overflowing, and it has put that information at risk since we cannot put it in a secure location anymore. We have made this known to the company and they continue to promise pickups without following through. On 08/11/2023 we had a pickup scheduled and they didn't show up to that one either... but then I received a "Proof of Service" email showing that they had come and emptied our shredding. The service time was at 2:31pm.... The shred box sits right next to me at my desk, and I was here until 5:00pm and no one entered our office, and our shredding is still full. I am given the same non-comital answers each time I call which are "We are so sorry.... We will contact our manager... someone will call you back today...." no one has ever called me back in the 5 times I have been promised a call back. Managers are "always" in meetings whenever I call. No one has been able to give me an actual answer and follow through on that. The worst service we have ever received. When you are paying for a service, you should be able to know that it will be fulfilled. Do not use them.
