      My information was unwittingly sold to this company. I requested that my information be removed and still had multiple upset contractors reaching out at all hours of the day. I am not a lead. My number is on the Do Not Call list. Stop selling my information.

      Networx Scams Contractors - Do Not Use We consider Networx to be a fraudulent scam company and want to warn other contractors not to make the same mistake that we made. We are a large roofing company and use a variety of lead generating services including HomeAdvisor, **** Ads, Thumbtack, Roofing Calculator, etc. We decided to give Networx a serious chance to see if it was any better than HomeAdvisor/****. Networx is by far the worst lead generating company that we have ever used. We paid $10,000 and received a total of 118 "exclusive" leads over about a 5 month period of time. About 85% of the leads were bad (i.e. fake). We were only able to contact about 15% of the leads. Furthermore, the potential customers we did contact did not have any money, could not qualify for a loan, did not have the authority to make a decision and/or were not exclusive to us. We only obtained 1 small job out of 118 leads. We tried to resolve the problem with our account manager but he only "found 6 leads that their automated system rejected improperly". Network refused to credit us for about 80 bad leads even though we offered to provide notes regarding each bad lead.

      I have used Networx back as far as 2018 and had ok luck at it. The lead quality per win ratio was not good but I made it work. Back then they were reasonable and tried to work with you when a bad lead came in, even ones that never answered the phone. They know 100% about how they struggle to give quality leads in HVAC field. They just love to make excuses. I decided to use them again this year. I spent $600 roughly so far and have spent so much time trying to get credits for leads back that its not worth it doing business with them. I have not won a single job, because I have had no opportunity to do so with what they have given me. I have noticed as a team Networx the majority are very defensive when you offer feed back and they can't take it unless its positive. In my case I was very calm and polite when most would be cussing back at these people for their incompetency. I was literally told that if I don't stop talking he would end the conversation. Their perspectives as a team have gone in a terrible direction. They don't care about their customers that have trouble being successful on their platform anymore. Actions speak louder than words. They don't want to be responsible for how they're greedy in their policies in how they refund leads, only benefits Networx. Charging you for a lead that never answers the phone on a exclusive lead. You tell me how that helps me make money. Because it only helps Networx. Its getting old every time I call and tell them how I'm not successful, that they just as a team get defensive and want to rush off the phone. Change your tragedy make the customer your priority again and do your job as a lead generation company and give better quality leads. Stop making the contractors pay for your incompetency and short comings. This company is just turning into another Home Advisor! I can not in good conscience recommend this company, you guys can keep your $100-$150 referral. I will be closing out my account soon enough.

      Wish I could give it a zerowhere do I startzero valuable leads after $750 spentI can never reach anyoneI canceled 3 months ago and I still have to pause leads every 30 days because the company wont remove my accountIve unwillingly spent an additional $300 when I didnt pause in timeevery time I speak with an agent, they forcibly will not cancel my account, but instead will go on and on about how they can help me try something else out that will lead a job out of the leadsI had to cancel my bank card and be issued a new one in order to have some peace, but no Ill have to update my bank card in at least a dozen places online between electrical company, uttilities etc, ALL BECAUSE NETWORX will not remove my accountif this isnt a crime and illegal, I dont know what is. I bet $100 Ill be receiving a call from Networx once they reach out to me here and theyll try and negotiate how with $300 more dollars theyll pitch in an extra $250 to get me some quality leads, instead of canceling my account. Worse than Home Advisor.

      Company is fraudulent in my opinion, many fake leads, I believe they have people working for them to produce these fake leads and answer some phone calls, other leads are blatantly fake with the contacts having never filled out anything online requesting information for projects. Some are apartments, almost as if they are just pulling information from whitepages and making leads so they can charge companies for them. I believe there should be a criminal investigation into this company, having an A+ rating on BBB is completely innapropriate. All of this is my personal opinion based off having an account for approx. 2 years. We have gained zero business from this service, customer service reps are very rude and uncooperative, hanging up on us multiple times when canceling the business account. I do not think any small contractors will benefit from working with this company.

      They Asked me to Deposit 478$ to spend on my Leads then gave me a price per lead when My Money is depleted they will take the rest Off my debit card . I did not tell them to Take money from my Back account they took 478$ then said I owe them they leads was Terrible no response I only got 6 out of 36 so how did 478$ get used up and then don't refund my money they took to recharge my balance that I didn't owe . I processed to drop them asking for my money back they are telling me that I have to stay on to recruit by winning bids that's BS their company Police doesn't return money from their bad service forcing me to work with them to recover my own Money they got
