************ is absolutely awful for contractors. Out of 10 leads they send you, 1 might answer their phone... I had one lady never answer her phone but would text and say that she needed her roof done and expected it to be done for free cause that's what Networx told her... I have had leads where the address didn't even exist... Every time I would call to report any of this to Networx, the customer service was rude, argumentative, and not willing to compromise... On top of this, my rates per lead increased exponentially, bogus leads were sent and essentially I just threw away money to this company... When my account hit $86 I called them and told them that I did not wish for them to take any more money out of my account (because they sent me an email saying that more money was going to be pulled from my bank account)... Instead of granting me my request to stop money from being pulled from my bank, they completely kicked me out of Networx and deactivated my account... ************ is worse then Home Advisors and ********** I would not advise anyone to invest into this company.Networx Systems, Inc.

Those funds remain available for lead delivery, as is standard in our service model. Regarding lead quality: We understand that online lead generation can be a challenging and competitive space. That's why **** worked hard to build a fair and transparent credit policy that protects our pros from the occasional lead that doesnt meet expectations. While we strive to provide the highest quality leads, no system is perfect, and we rely on a trusted team of lead-verification professionals whose job it is to look into every claim to make it right where warranted.

Networx operates as a scam. I spent almost $2000 and did not get any legitimate leads. Some of the so-called customers never answered or returned calls. Some said that they do not know what Im talking about as they did not request leads. They are just taking your money and care nothing about you. **************** *****. I complained several times and they had no resolution to my issues.Networx Systems, Inc.

The most horrible costumer service I ever ************** not want to return funds after 3 days of cancellation.That against the law btw. This customer signed up through our online platform and requested to cancel his account after three days because he didn't agree to the billing policy, which is clearly presented in the signup process and outlines how funds are allocated. During a phone conversation, a Networx representative explained the companys billing policy and asked how the customer would like to proceed. The customer wanted to cancel his account and agreed to receive leads with the money he paid. The call concluded on that agreement.
At no point during communication with us was lead quality mentionedthe customer's stated concern was related to the billing policy, not the quality of our product.

I used this company for 10 years and for the most part they treated us fair until I signed up with them again to provide leads. I was provided over $300 dollars in bad leads such as not the homeowner, I do not do this type of work, or out of my radius. I am paid $400.00 and am due $303.00. I tried several times to contact Networx to get my money, and they just refuse to give me my money and closed my account down because I threatened to sue. What a joke of a company and should be closed.Networx Systems, Inc.

In fact, two of the leads you received in this latest campaign were marked as closed jobs by you: one for $2,000 and another for $2,400, purchased at $41 and $37 respectively.

Received 7 leads . 3 leads I made several attempts to contact ( call, text , email ) No response ! 1 lead received around 4:00 . Called them within 2 minutes. I was told they were contacted that morning and made a decision ! Another lead I contacted. Was told I was the sixth call . Stop calling ! This lead company is a joke . Dont waste your money !Networx Systems, Inc.

If I could do a negative review I would. They sent me a lead and I contacted the customer she said she already had the work done two weeks prior to me receiving the lead called network customer and spoke to a guy named **** the supervisor. He said it was a legitimate lead and I would not be reimbursed for the bad lead. I have had several leads of the nature. Something needs to be done to this crooked company for stealing from the working class Americans.Networx Systems, Inc.

It's unfortunate that Mr. ******* experience with Networx ended in such a negative way. This review was written on February 19. Mr. ***** spoke to a representative on that day and received credit for two leads, including the lead mentioned in his review. Because of his conversation with us, Mr. ***** received the value of those two credited leads as a refund. It's unclear if the review was written before or after Mr. ***** asked for and received what he wanted.
Mr. ***** signed up with Networx on January 31, 2024. In 12 and a half months of service, Networx sent 49 leads. Mr. ***** asked for credit on 28 of them (57%) and received credits on the majority of them.
In 12 and a half months of service, Mr. ***** spent $1,387. Mr. ***** also updated the status of several leads as jobs that he closed, which presumably expanded his customer-base and improved his company's bottom line. On one of the leads, Mr. ***** reported that he closed the job for $5,600! What a return on investment!
All-in-all, there are many very happy home improvement professionals who, like Mr. ****** have partnered with Networx and have made money.Review fromWilliam D

If i could give 0 stars i would but anyways after months of speaking with **** ********** i explained to him the past issues with angileads and home advisor and didnt want to deal with the same s*** , well after debating to go with them I was convinced and gave it a shot paid my 600$ for the exclusive leads which is the same s*** at the end . So far out of 9 leads they have all been bad invalid Contact information or customers never submitted request for services its just a whole mess they where trying to convince me to stay but I went ahead and canceled before the 17 cause they charge month to month automatically unlike with **** and CraftJack it was never like that . So regardless if you dont get any jobs they will charge you the full amount of your budget setting all leads have just been worthless at least with home advisor and **** leads I made money until they started with their ******** well networx is the same s*** and they take up to 10 days to give your money back for a credit which in that case they did respond but still 10 days pretty long compared to **** they would take care of it right away Companys and contractors Id stay away invest in ****** ads or etc and save your money from these guys . CraftJack was one of the best ones I was using until they got sold to **** but if you dont want headaches dont fall for the sales and the sweet talk they will regardless make their money even though I will have to take My Lost on this one at least Im Conscious that I will no longer loose more money for them . Once you cancel they cancel completely if you want to renew youd have to pay the full amount **** leads is a life time subscription even if you cancel .Networx Systems, Inc.

As a contractor, *** worked with these guys before and had very little return on investment. Ive been contacted by them several times trying to get my business and each time I have asked them not to call me back again and I just received my six call today.
