  A completely dishonest company. That has a no refund policy but they dont tell you that when theyre trying to sell you one getting leads. They are no different than HomeAdvisor Angies list but Angies list will refund you. This company will not switch up $350 for me. I never received a lead . I had only been signed up for an hour . I never set up the app yet , but I did more research on them . All the reviews say the same thing . This company is a fraud and customer service doesnt help the contractors . I decided to cancel. Thats why I was told there was no refund policy. So they took $350 from me and I got absolutely nothing in return. They are now the bottom of the barrel compared to home advisor in Angies list. Companies like this should not be in business.

  I think this ***** List owners that run this company under the Networx name because they are theives also. They claim they have a no refund policy when you cancel your account. I've been down this road before with *****'s and received the same bogus leads from Networx and I'm tired of losing my very hard earning money on. First 2 and only leads I got were one being a computer generated voice-mail that was a fake address and the other was a man looking for employment not looking to have any work done. I reached out multiple times to Networx to cancel my account and have my initial $300 returned only to be transferred to someone telling me it's company policy that they don't do returns, only can send me leads until my account balance is depleted. So if I get nothing but bogus leads until my $300 is gone and I spend hours chasing nothing when I could be talking to real people with real work needing to be done.....then the way I see it Networx has stolen not only my $300 but potentially thousands of dollars on work I could have gotten if I weren't chasing ghosts. I want my $300 back immediately or my attorney and I will be a major thorn in Networx side. Respond only with my refund info

  I'm in the beginning stages of my business so that being said. Long story short I respond to an networx ad out of curiosity. In order to see the cost I had to answer a few questions which led to aggressive calls, emails and manipulation tactics that make you feel like ****, no joke. During the initial call I had he was really pushing it in a slimy way. Hard to explain what I mean so I simply just hang up thinking they'll go to the next guy and leave me alone, taking the hint that I'm not interested. Almost a month later I answer a call and it was *****************************. The same guy who tried to reach out to me before. Being that I wasn't interested I did the same just hung up basically the equivalent of shutting the door on the door-to-door salesman. What does the saleman do he just goes on to the next door right? Not this POS What does ******* do?I get a voicemail. After the typical "this is name at number"the rest of the message goes somthing like this "um however if your just going to be unprofessional I'm not sure I want to send customers your way anyways because they don't deserve to be disrespected. If you decide you want to be a GROWN UP and PROFESSIONAL then I can help you otherwise you don't quality"You see the manipulative tactic here talking about unprofessional. I can't help but feel harassed. Never had I had any company done such bullying tactics to get business it's pathetic. Don't waste your time doing business with them rather if you're a contractor or a homeowner these guys are bullies and will take advantage of hungry contractors. and rip off homeowners.

  Their leads are junk. I had to request credit for more than 50% of them and got refused for non valid leads. Will never use this company again. ****'s is much better to work with.

  Would give them 0 stars if I could. Most leads are a waste of time. Often the phone numbers and/or the email addresses are non-existent. I've gotten one legitimate estimate out of 15. Sometimes the addresses are not even correct. They do no checking of legitimacy and fast to charge fees.

  This is my second time around with this company networx. They give you leads that are old phone number that don't exist. Customer ask how didnyou get my information please stop calling me Bellmore I reach out to the authorities. But I still do not get refunded ****** in 2 days in bad leads I can not be compensated not for one ***** all I get is there team being combative why I should not and why they won't give me anything. To the part we're I am so angry and disappointed I just hung up or blow a fuse within myself. No call backs to make it right like all other lead companies. I was talking to a so called supervisor when 2 bad leads came in for ***** a lead no answer from either of them . I was told cause I was on the phone with him is the reason I did not book the appointment from the customer. I just want them to make it right I spend alot of money with them and all it takes is communication and some reimbursement to make it right . And I haven't received neither.

  They spam call me constantly and are now spam emailing me despite me telling them repeatedly to stop contacting me. Its harassment at worst and completely inefficient practices at best. The leads are 99% garbage and low income customers trying to window shop their home projects. The lowest ROI of ANY lead platform out there, and we have tried all of the major ones. Leave me alone. PLEASE

  The company has sent me leads that do not respond and then when requesting a credit for the leads that had no response via phone and text, they said its in their policy to not issue a refund and that is the policy. When informed I would just like to close the account, and get a refund on the rest of my account balance I havent used, I was informed that I will not receive a refund there either. ***************** Thieves, beware of their company.

  Ive had great success with Networx. My first lead turned into a $3200 sale which is high for that category. I was sold on the company. I havent had the issues Ive had with other lead companies over the years of bad leads and trying to get them credited back. I get so many leads for that one category that I have to use the pause feature sometimes because I cant cover them in an appropriate time to close the sales. I view Networx as a very progressive company without the heavy corporate structure above them. I think they listen and can get things done when needed. I look forward to more enhancements.
