  IN the beginning, first 24 hours seemed great with all their sales hype and the soon to be broken promises. We are a 5-star rated roofing company that don't need leads although a few would be a great bonus and to extend out our coverage. We tried this waste of a time scam of a company to be honest. **** was great in the beginning util the sent me 1 lead and charged me for someone looking for a service we don't even offer. Then my first lead was a dead end with no answer and no return call. I ask to cancel this service and they said No within 18 hours. Received 3 more leads 1 out of 3 answered although the one that answered was an older lady that was kind and told me she doesn't even have a computer and lives on the bottom floor of an apartment retirement home. There even scamming the retired for a roof install. Enough was enough. There dead-end leads, and scams said enough. They kept on trying to send me someone to agree to for a contract which I never agreed too. I told them I was going to do a charge back and they said NO your not. So I did for theft and fraud of services. Our next step will be a class action which will be through ****** and ****** to stop this company with it's false services. I hope this helps people out there to do your research before you are fooled like I was. Networx is a complete rip off and gives other lead programs a bad name. Also their reviews on there system are false reviews, if you try to leave one it is impossible. Thank you for your time and I hope this helps before you are mislead.

  I was searching for a local carpet cleaning service, and my search came up with this site.https://*********************.com/I filled out a web form with my contact information, but then got a response from *** at Networx saying they received my request and would pass that on to multiple contractors. Nowhere on the smile website does it say the site is a referral service, and no where on the site is Networx mentioned. I was NOT looking for a referral service, I thought the above website was a legit local business, but there is no such business. No address or phone number is listed.Very deceptive for Networx to have a fake business website, for a business that does not exist, to get leads.
