  If I could leave no star I would. We were suckered in and have NO LEADS to show for our money. I agree this is the worst lead company out there. We have had the same bad experiences with them as all the other one star reviews on here. Multiple leads that don't even know why we called is what we got.

  This platform is a joke. It's ridiculous. I tried to cancel and they won't let me. I see it's a scam and want my money back before I fall into another home advisor scam. Why do fake leads? To make money. We can't verify if they're fake. If you want to cancel then good luck.

  This company is fraudulent. I tried to cancel my leads, they claimed they were sorry to hear about my bad experience and issued a credit so I can give them another shot with receiving leads. I agreed to use out the credit and if I changed my mind to reinstate receiving leads I would notify them. Then once the credit was used out and I was still not satisfied they charged my card on file to continue receiving leads. I call again and firmly stated I want to CANCEL, they then after 20 mins finally said okay theyd cancel me and send an email to confirm. I have yet to receive the cancellation confirmation. I requested that they remove my stored credit card information in which they claim they cannot delete my card information. I attempted to do so myself but their site does not allow me to remove my card on file either. Please be aware of this company

  Networx is a complete scam. I say this not as someone who has used the service but as someone who has worked for them. They send out bad leads all the time and expect for you to be so dumb that you wont report them. You might as well throw your money away. Chargeback on them now!

  Networxs is the worst lead company i have ever used out of 36 leads 1 person answered the phone . when you call it just rings or a computer will answer. I have called networx and asked then to give me a few company's so I can check as a reference and they wont do it . this company is a complete scam.

We do see you have worked with us several times since 2013 and hope this is an indication that in prior times you did see success.   This is the worst app you gonna ever find. And I tried to cancel over the phone the guy made fun of me I would not cancel it if I dont answer his questions about why. Im having to chance my card so I can have it cancel. This is unacceptable. And Im looking for legal assistance to *** this company.

  Wish I could give this company a zero. They are rude and condescending. I am surprised they can stay in business treating people as poorly as they do. My sales reps name was ****. He called to harass me at all hours of the night and early morning. The leads are bogus and the people are trash. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

  I had a terrible experience with this lead generation company. Their service was abysmal from start to finish. First, their communication was practically nonexistent. It took them ages to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, their answers were vague and unhelpful.The leads they provided were of extremely poor quality. Most of them were either outdated or irrelevant to my business, and I wasted a significant amount of time and money trying to work with them.To make matters worse, they promised a money-back guarantee, but when I requested a refund due to the terrible service, they conveniently found excuses to avoid honoring it. It's clear that they prioritize taking your money over delivering any real value.I would strongly advise against using this Networx. Their service is a complete rip-off, and there are much better options out there. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.Total fraud !

  These people will not stop harassing us. We tell them no and to stop calling and they just keep on and they refuse to take no for an answer they argue with you and still want to try to sell your their product. I am not interested in your scam product please stop calling

  My wife and I have used networx for a few years, I only deposited money for leads 1 time 3 out of 5 leads that I was charged for or bogus leads. One person called from another state had no idea why we were calling to quote a job, one person wanted a quote over the phone and refused to let us see the job to give a honest quote and the third told us they were just looking for information and wasn't planning on having any work done. For the price this company charges per lead we were losing money on almost every lead we paid for. I was tired of pausing my account over and over because the only way to cancel is to call and speak with representative so I called customer service to cancel my account. The representative I spoke with told me I was making up information to make myself feel better, then I told him I am a Marine I try to be very honest and he had no business telling me that I would make things up. The conversation led to him taking this personal and cussing at me so I hung up the phone, he replied by calling me from a personal cell phone and cussing and yelling at me again. My wife called to speak to a manager no surprise the same guy answered and told my wife that I hung up on him three times. This company is not professional and has no business charging people for leads that they have not called and checked out to make sure that they are guaranteed work. I do not agree paying $30 to $40 for contact information of a potential job that falls through almost every time. I would not recommend using this company ever again.
