I wish I could leave a 0 star review. Received only two leads both leads were junk and did not allow us to even get in touch with the customers. Only one of the two were credited to us. Had to call in and get the second one credited. They do not return funds if you chose to cancel the service. **************** is terrible, they promise a large volume of leads that do not come to fruition. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE WHAT SO EVER.Review fromRoger N

The sales person could only answer questions from a script. I am a contractor and was told that all complaints came stupid people did not know how to handle leads. After telling the sales person I was not interested, he kept harassing me. I did my research on Networx and discovered they are great in selling but non responsive with problems and issues.Review fromAlexander D.

With Networx you will be able to find quality leads for a very reasonable price, compared to its competitors. You can set a budget and unpause and allow the leads to flow in. You can control how many leads come in at a time. And if a bad lead comes in, meaning they a wrong number, or accidental spam, you can request for a credit, and they will credit your account for that lead. I strongly suggest building a relationship with your *************** specialist. They can assist you in all aspects of working with Networx like anything regarding business, you must follow their instructions to get as much success as possible. There is a certain way to work with lead generating websites. If it's not followed, your success will not be that great.

This company is a ripoff! Small Contractors are promised gauranteed leads after paying whatever fee they charge at that time. The fee is not at all consistent with what I've been hearing from other contractors. After you pay the fee to get started, you're supposed to get quality leads, therefore, getting jobs. That's great IF it would happen that way! I have gotten nothing not bogus leads, that either.....* aren't looking to do the job for another 2 years *looking to get advice on how to do it themselves * or that claim that they haven't put in a request in 3 years, therefore being an old lead. And the contractor still gets charged $100 a lead!!!!! So no jobs produced, out of pocket at least $300 a pop, and NetWorx WILL NOT refund the price for these bogus leads! They are an absolute joke! Way to add additional stress to small businesses just trying to make an honest living!Networx Systems, Inc.

I've been with Networx for a little over a year now, abs I have to say... the best lead generation company by far! Great customer service, great quality leads and always there for us when we have questions about credit on false leads. The false leads don't happen often at all, when they do, we have a credit in a few hours. Don't waste time or your money with *****'s or Home Advisor! I signed up with Networx after bjeing called by a sales rep and agreed to try it out. Deposited $400, set up my profile and the leads started rolling in. The problem is that 8 out of 10 leads are not good. Typically, no one answers period...or responds to texts, messages, emails or anything. When I've tried to report the leads, I'm given the response that just because they dont respond doesnt mean its not a good lead. Their rep **** always has a quick answer or excuse as to why this is happening, but does nothing to actually address the problem. I want to cancel my account, but don't want to lose the money I've already spent with them. Either way they'll probably just keep sending me junk leads until my balance is gone. This is a horrible waste of money and basically just a scam to bleed **************** for their hard earned money.Networx Systems, Inc.

*** reached out numerous times and every time Im given excuses, FAQ type answers and run around. *** been told the advocate would try to reach out to the bad leads and then hear nothing back except for denials when the leads are reported. I stick to my original review:SCAM!!Review fromDean R

This is the worst company and customer service I have ever dealt with. They call you and lie to you about lead gen and supply generic leads. I have spoken to the biggest A hole in the company ****. Unfortunately he claims hes a manager as he is sitting on his moms couch watching doctor **** while trying to convince you that youre wrong. He Claims there is no one to speak to above him. The most rude disrespectful customer service in the business. They now changed there policy and do not give balances back so the instead give it back in s***** leads. If anyone has half a brain they would not use this lead service.Networx Systems, Inc.

Networx is simply a company that cares. They operate a humble business at the best prices in town their customer service is bar none the best customer service I have ever experienced in 54 years. They are honestly there for one reason to help, and for that I appreciate their business. It's always a pleasure when dealing with the folks at networks.
