Networx is a total garbage. All the 5 star reviews published on other websites are fake. They sell you garbage leads and have the worst refund policy and customer service. All they care about is their pocket. The people that work at the company are extremely rude and obnoxious. Have been with them for 5 years and cant deal with them anymore. The quality of their leads are getting worse day by day. Just try some other company that at least are more respectful to their customers. They have absolutely nothing to offer.

NETWORX IS THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH IF YOU ARE A CONTRACTOR. I HAVE PUT A LOT OF MONEY IN NETWORX AND ALL I GET IS BAD LEADS, LEADS FROM SUBCONTRACTORS REQUESTING FOR A JOB, PEOPLE THAT DID NOT REQUEST ANYTHING, FAKE LEADS, LEADS THAT ALWAYS GO TO VOICEMAIL AND A LOT OF DIFFERENT BAD LEADS.I CALL THEM FOR CREDIT THEY DO NOT APPROVE THEM. THEY SAY IF WE CAN'T SPEAK WITH THE CUSTOMER, WE CANNOT ISSUE A CREDIT BACK SO WHY AM I PAYING FOR SOMEONE THAT DOESNT ANSWER THEIR PHONE???????VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. THEY ARE JUST A SCAM COMPANY TRYING TO EARN MONEY FROM FAKE LEADS. THEY CHANGED THEIR CREDIT POLICY SO IT WOULD BE MORE DIFFICULT FOR CONTRACTORS TO GET CREDIT BACK.Review fromEric H

$500 in leads and **** one appointment booked. At least half of the phone numbers were registered to somebody different than the name on the lead. What this company does should be criminal. A complete scam! All they would have to do is require potential leads to submit a verification code texted to their phone. That simple and they won't do that.Networx Systems, Inc.

This is absolutely a scam!! I am a small business owner and have only been With Networx for 4 days and sense my short time Ive received 6 leads that have produced nothing.Example and communication thru networx app. See below. These examples are customers that state that people have been trying to reach a said person for years and continue to receive calls about someone that isnt even there.*** reached out immediately and the response and support supervisor just says theyll give me more leads but I dont want to do business with them and want my money back. They said sorry but they dont refund money, I will never suggest to anyone to NETWORX and fine it hard to believe that other arent experiencing them same level of service. Im filing a complaint with the better business bureau and talking to a lawyer to see what I can do to get my money back!If I could give no stars I would horrible, fraudulent, corrupt people. How do they sleep at night knowing they take advantage of small business that have familys to support and just trying to get help with leads and get taken for their money and treated like shit!!!Networx Systems, Inc.

A total scam and rip off . A small contractor does not make enough money to feed this scam machine . $400 .00 in a 5 hours and not one call back . Please contractors DONT!! waste your hard earned money . Two of the leads were old .Networx Systems, Inc.

Networx is very honest trustworthy company, I started with them February 22, 2022 and was very pleased with the quality of the leads and the team members are very understanding and helpful with my account, I love opportunities leads good group of people would highly recommend!!!Networx Systems, Inc.
