    Apex Media Solutions is a Scam. They started drawing money from my account before anything was set up.This company does not deliver on its promises and should be put out of business.They made two appointments with me a nd nobody was there for the appointments. As for as I am concerned, they need to be stopped.I told the prfson I spoke to that no one called me for the appointment. She apoligised, set up another appointment, and the same thing happened. They wrre not communicating with me yet they were withdrawing money.I would lime a full refund of my money.The other thing is that you cannot get a hold of anyone in this company.

    This company is a straight up scam. I paid a one time fee of ****** to just get my website into other search engines. I was not interested in another service and I repeated that very clearly after thirty days I chose not to continue. they continued to charge me ***** for the next few months and when i email it says we are escalating this to a supervisor. Never heard from the supervisor. I tried calling their customer service line, that was a joke! Even if I selected want a new account, no one answered. I had my ********** file a dispute for the ***** charges, then out of the blue they charge me ****** on my other CC. I filed another dispute with the ** company and tried calling customer support with no one. Do not give these jokers your CC number because they will put it on automatic charge regardless of what you want or if you cancel. I had to block them entirely from my CC.

    DO NOT waist your money on this company. After getting so many calls from them I finally decided to answer. After spending an hour on the phone with them and trying to figure out if they were a scam or not.Finally decided to pay the $149.99, then the payment of ***** would occur every month. They had set up a zoom call with me, only to find out I would have to pay an additional $499 a month Lol. I am a small business and that is who they target, so do it at your own risk.

    This company is a **** and a fraud! One of the worst marketing companies ever hired by my 1 employee small company which I moved from ** to Tx and was needing my website to get found on all search engines. I paid $398 on 12/11/2024 for Voice to be found by Siri & other devices. No one has contacted me for the ************** I paid $199 on 12/10/2024 and $199 on 01/13/2025 with promises that they would get my website found by SEO's so people can find my business website: *******************. I ran **** in Dec and Jan and both show I have 0% SEO and not on the main ones such as ******, Bing, ********* Mapquest, or Superpages. I gave them access to my ****** business ************** tried using my own ****** biz page from my profile (which I can do the same thing) as proof that I was online! had an email from a digital manager assigned to me and reported to her my problems & gave her a few weeks to address these issues and as of today - Jan 22, 2025- nothing has been changed or updated! I have my receipts and have been ripped off for services not rendered. The sales guy swore with his life he was telling me the truth about their services. The sales team are taught to LIE! I became a widow in 2024 and I work hard for my money! I have screen shots I took from **** showing 0% optimization rate and 0% customers will find my site. I have my paid receipts - which by the way are generic with no company address on them which tells me they do not want anyone visiting their company address so they can continue stealing money from other small businesses who are their targets! Everyone steer clear! Do not give them any money! They do not deliver! Ripped off in *****! ****** ****** - owner of **********************
