    They will not do what they promised. Find a different company to do business with they promise Seo that will put you on google first page. After 11 months of contract we are on 17th place on google. They don’t now what they are doing. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY

    No stars. Service call was scheduled at 5pm EST and they called 20 min and then 10 min early. I was on another businesd call and they kept calling in. I told them each time I was on another call and needed to stick to my appointment. I called them back at the appointed time at 5pm EST as they scheduled, and No Answer! On their email they have 5pm Est as their closing time! Their voicemail said they were closed! Why would they schedule me at this time? I emailed them twice that evening telling them I want a refund and to cancel. I don't want or trust this service or company. I was adamant via voicemail on Dec 20th that the purchase made Dec 19th needs to be canceled and refunded $219. No work has been done because no set up has taken place. I called and spoke with a *** Dec 21st telling him to cancel and refund my money. Worst call I've ever had. They said it's canceled but refuse to send a letter or email to confirm. Said January and months following will not be billed. Refused to refund. I have been scammed.

    This company **** me a refund. Going on 3 months with no communication on their end. Promised a full return and never received a call. I canceled my service but never received confirmation. This is a complete rip-off and they should be shut down for scamming people out of money. Not to mention after searching, there are way better companies that provide immediate service when needed and are cheaper. This has been the worst experience and I feel like they should pay me for time and suffering. I will be on a podcast next week and this will be one of the topics and will go viral. I'm in contact with the news channel and will be interviewing with them. I have someone working on social media warning as well. They will take advantage of you and not do what is promised!! RUN!

Our client manager, Chris Estrada, is very informed and up-to-date on SEO procedures and changes to which we need to adapt.
