    I was called on 3/25/2025 5 times by various numbers from a business called Apex Media Solutions asking me to setup a better connection from my business to my customers, all within 24 hours. I finally had a chance to respond to the final one I got and I got transferred to a guy named *****. He left me a number to call him back just for reference. He told me that he needed to confirm some things with me about my business since it is very new and he wanted to use keywords to help my customers reach my services better, after about a ***************************************************************************************************************** if I would like to move froward with the process and I told him no, I was still charged $149.99 to my debit card. I called him back and asked if that could be refunded since I no longer wish to move forward like I had said before and he said it could be refunded. He then sent me a text through the same number and confirmed twice I would be getting a refund and cancelling any future charges to my card since I wasn't moving forward with the services he was providing. The charge to my card was "pending" for three days and I thought I would wait and see if it went away. But I was still charged and he is not responding to any calls or emails in the last ************************************************ being charged and I would like to be refunded by Apex Media solutions the $149.99 that was charged to my card. I also told them I do not consent to any other future monthly charges and I still have yet to find out if I have been removed from their system or subscription or whatever its called. I called and left a message today on the number ***** gave me and hopefully I receive a call back from them on their next business day. But as of right now I am very disappointed in the service and need refunded.

    I cant recommend this team of SEO whizzes enough. They analyzed my website, pointed out the flaws in its structure, and came up with a concrete plan to fix them.     I purchased their service after the sales agent told me I could receive a refund within 30 days if I weren't satisfied. The next day, within 24 hours, I notified them to cancel the purchase. I was told I couldn't receive a refund and was misinformed by the sales agent, who is from another entity. I was channeled to the floor supervisor, who tried to persuade me to stay with the service and said I would not receive a refund. After a lengthy and unproductive conversation, I called their ******** department and was confirmed that I could receive a return within 3-10 days. I also received an email confirmation. I will follow up on this review with an update on the refund in 3-10 days.

    This company calls me 20+ times a day and asks if I am the owner of a company. I am not an owner of a company and they say "okay" and hang up. I have told them several times that they need to remove me from their list and I am registered on the National Do Not Call registry and each time, they hang up. I have tried blocking their numbers, but each time they call back with a different phone number from my area. This company refuses to listen to people and is starting to become a scam.

    Do your research before hiring this company! I wasted over five thousand dollars and a year to learn this ******* I still have no idea what services they actually provided and whether they did anything at all on the back end. Not worth the investment and my only hope is that I can at least help someone see the truth here. Apex media solutions /rise out of ******* is a scam

    Dont waste money with this company customer service is not professional takes weeks to answer after you pay they wont refund the money back I cancel couple day after I read the reviews and they wait 2 weeks to call me back in order to charge me
