    Scam Alert!! Do not give them your money. Nothing happens as they claim. Save your time and money! If you do fall for it, get your money back from the bank and report them. You will get your refund for whatever amount you fell forspeaking from experience! Better Business Bureau, please investigate this want-to-be business!

    Deeply Disappointed Beware Before Signing with Apex Media Solution I signed up with Apex Media Solution on February 19th, and my experience since then has been nothing short of a disaster. From the start, I was passed between multiple representatives, and the lack of clear communication quickly became a red flag. However, the most damaging issue occurred when I made **** a manager of my ****** Business Profile. Shortly after doing so, my once flawless 5-star ****** profile was suspended.When I contacted their team, he claimed that ****** was experiencing a "shortage" and that many small businesses were affected. This explanation made no sense, especially after I went online and found no such news. In fact, all other salons in my area remained visible on ******. I began to feel extremely uncomfortable and attempted to cancel my contract due to the lack of transparency and growing *********** wasnt until I checked the Better Business Bureau that I realized I wasnt alone. The complaints there mirrored my experience exactlymultiple clients reporting suspended profiles, misleading responses, and no accountability. I was shocked and frankly embarrassed that I didnt research them more thoroughly beforehand. ****** has since confirmed that my profile was suspended because it violated the ****** Business Profile Quality Guidelines. I have been in business since August of last year with no prior issues, and my 5-star profile had been a cornerstone of my visibility and credibility.Ive filed an appeal with ****** in hopes of restoring my profile, but so far, theres been no success. Im beyond frustrated and deeply regret ever engaging with this company. I no longer want any association with Apex Media Solution.If a business is not BBB accredited, I will never work with them again. Please do your research and read the complaints carefully before signing anything with this company. I wish I had.
